Don’t go to the Lynnwood WA store. This is the WORST, most unprofessional store around. You have employees dropping the«F» bomb to employees and calling each other Bitches! They take your jewelry and hold onto it for weeks without getting it repaired and then when you come in to check on it, they don’t know where it is, just to find out the idiot jeweler has had it on his desk for weeks and it has not been touched. This place is anything but an upper class jewelry store. Minga and Awesome think they run the store, and the management allows them. They good people off and allow idiots to run the store. If you want a great jewelry store, keep looking, cause this company doesn’t have it!

I am beyond upset with my experience with this jeweler. My fiancé bought my engagement ring on November 27, 2014. A ring I’ve had my heart set on for over a year. When the ring arrived in store one of the employees didn’t know who it belonged to and sent it back!!! This was two days before Christmas. They apologized and said they’d get a rush order on a new ring… two weeks later we call back to inquire about my ring and they didn’t know who we were!!! They hadn’t ordered my ring!!! It’s the day before valentines day and we find out they are closing this store and we still don’t have my ring!!! I will never buy anything from them ever again. I’m beyond pissed!

They have a good selection, and the sales people are very nice. Bryan sure knows a lot about jewelry and they are less expensive than the other jewelry stores. I bought my wife pearl bracelets and she wears them all the time. When it’s time for our 10 year anniversary present I will be going back again!

I had a great experience at this location. I asked to have my wedding set cleaned. The saleslady examened my ring and found one of the prongs was damaged. She recommended that I have that repaired along with rerhodiumed. I’ve had both done in the past over the 10 years I’ve had my rings and it was always expensive. She let me know about a special repair weekend they were having that ended the day(Sunday) that we were there. We paid $ 25 for everything! I was able to look around the store without being pressured into buying something. My ring was ready when promised and looked like new. It had a ton of sparkle and I still smile when I look at my ring.

I’m really surprised at the reviews for this place. I walked in last weekend with my boyfriend with the intention of simply browsing for potential engagement ring designs. As we walked in, we were greeted by a woman who at first seemed nice and was trying to be helpful. It wasn’t until she mentioned that they were having a diamond show in the next couple of weeks and asked her colleague some questions about it. This guy then comes over(even though the gal was already doing an okay job with us, asks us the standard questions regarding what I’m interested in for an engagement ring, and then asks about carat size. This is the kicker… when my bf responds saying 2 carats — clarifying 1.5 to 2 carats, this guy just looks at him in such disbelief and to top it off, asks him if he’s sure about that as those are really big… OMG. I’ve never experienced this in any of the jewelry stores we stopped by before this(this includes EE Robbins, Alvin Goldfarb, Dacel’s, Ben Bridge) — I mean, COMEON. You’re in sales right? And why would we blurt out a number without knowing what we want and doing our research ahead of time. My goodness, I was so insulted, I had to quickly leave before I put my foot in my mouth. And to think, these two employees work at a freaking mall jewelry store and they have the nerve to judge? I’m sorry until you know what’s in my bank account, I would advise to forgo the immediate need to judge your customers and learn how sales works.

Rude and judgmental employees who need to learn the basics of sales. Carry poor quality diamonds(poor color and clarity — seriously, I can see the inclusions at a glance). Would never recommend!

I ABSOLUTELY love everything about the staff, selection and service. ALL of my jewelry comes from there! From gifts to just because«bling»…it doesn’t get any better than Helzberg!!!

Helzberg is awesome! After going to EE Robbins, which was not a good experience at all, we walked into Helzberg and walked out with a quick and perfect engagement ring sale. We immediately found what we needed and it was SO painless! Ross was the person who helped us. He was happy for our engagement, he was respectful and never got nosey or personal about our relationship or budget, and was simply a pleasure, who made ring buying an equal pleasure. We left the store even more excited about our engagement than when we walked in! Helzberg is great, and their salesperson Ross is the best! Someone, give this guy a raise!

They had my «runner up» ring, meaning the second place ring. They are real nice here and their warranty is great. Alex helped us every time we went in and he was very nice and we appreciated his knowledge and helping us pick rings. The reason why we didn’t go with Helzberg is because I found my dream ring elsewhere, but all my earrings and necklaces are from here and I recommend them because of their unique jewelry. Even though they are a mall shop, they are different than Ben Bridge and have a unique flavor to their items.
