This place is amazing. This review is specifically for Karen though. I’ve seen her twice to get my face back in shape. She is AMAZING. A wizard. Very kind and knowledgeable and have learned so much since I’ve started seeing her for facials. I highly recommend seeing her, my skin looks a million times better then when I first walked in.

This place is a hidden gem in Bellevue!!! The staff and facility’s are great, it’s got such a nice relaxing atmosphere, you can go and be yourself no one is judging you they just want to help you get ‘innerfit’ you see it’s not just about getting healthy on the outside here they want to help you get healthy on the inside too. It’s all about mind, body and spirit. I love Yo-​chi on a Wednesday evenings and the infrared bike is awesome too. Get in here before the crowds find out about it!!!
Ok so here is an update as I’ve been back and had a micro current facial with Karen. I can honestly say it’s the best $ 95 I’ve ever spent, my skin feels amazing and I’ve had so many compliments about how good I look. Karen was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some really good skincare advice too. Seriously treat yourself to this amazing experience!!!

I suffer from very stubborn sinus infections, and using the infrared sauna at Innerfit has helped me tremendously. I was back again today after having ear/​sinus symptoms and I had the best experience. I was only there for about an hour, 40 minutes of which were spent in the sauna. And the rest of the time I had FOUR different staff members offer knowledge, advice, essentials oils, and treatment methods using their equipment. The people who work at Innerfit are so wonderful — knowledgeable, accommodating, caring, committed. I could really go on and on. This business is a gem — an oasis for anyone searching for one. Thank you Innerfit!

I love the infrared bike. Nothing satisfies me more in the workout side of things! This machine detoxes and motivates me. I feel so refreshed after riding the unique bike. Not to mention I have lost so many inches and built muscle! If you haven’t tried this I highly recommend it.
When im just not in the mood, I will lay in the sauna. Oh its so relaxing. This isnt your average sauna, it is a light therapy sauna. It surrounds you with colored lights that help the oxygen flow and increased circulation. Coming out of this relaxing quiet one person sauna is the best feeling!
They have some other services and you bet I will be going back to try everything out! This is my favorite place to go and feel great about my body and relax! starting Wednesday im starting the yochi clases!

The perfect facility for a workout and zen experience! I have worked out with several of the trainers and found they are all passionate and encouraging to tailor your needs.
The equipment is designed to help you achieve your personal goals and I love the results after being on the InfrafitX.
I especially love the massages from Brian. He knows how to apply the perfect pressure and you leave feeling like a new person.

Innerfit is a next level fitness and wellness experience! After just a few minutes, It became clear that every aspect of this facility emits beauty and wellness from the inside out. Upon parking I was met with nature — an urban oasis of big trees, large rocks with a cascade of water flowing down. Arriving inside the tranquil but uplifting innerfit entrance, I was imbibed with a feeling of exclusive «circuit wellness.» I was greeted by knowledgeable and gracious staff who guided me through the state of the art fitness equipment.
Starting with the Power plate, I felt the vibration made my legs strong and toned. I stood on the plate in various positions, while it did the work in just ten minutes. Next on the circuit was 20 minutes of infrared cycling. This was my favourite for sure! The comfortable and pleasurable heat targeted specific and tough areas in my legs. I enjoyed the warm flood of sensations from the inside out. Getting off the machine in an uplifted state, my skin was glowing as I floated into the next room — to lie on a bed and experience the IMRS system. As I lie there, with an eye pad on, waves of sensation and light pulsed through my body, seemingly balancing my mind and body into a calm zen state.
At another time, I would love to incorporate the Yochi yoga/​chi gong classes and anti aging facials into this circuit. This way one could experience the full Innerfit vision of whole mind body wellness — beauty and fitness — from the inside out.
From the moment I entered to the time I left, it was impossible to think one negative thought! In a short amount of time, the Innerfit experience programs you with positivity and wellness from beginning to end.

I got an amazing workout and the best relaxation treatment I have ever had.
I wish I can afford a Power Plate or belong to a gym that had it. I can see this machine shaping up my legs and build up my core strength within weeks. If you want that separation between your glutes and hamstring, this is the workout for you.
I can’t say enough great things about the iMRS treatment. If you don’t know about this, you should go ask someone. :)
So you lay on bed with a layer of magnetic grid underneath a cushion. You’re given a blindfold that has lights that is coordinated to the sound coming from your headset. There are 4 color setting (I think red, blue, yellow & green). You’re tucked in for 20 – 30 minutes and within 3 minutes, you’re snoring. The first time, I didn’t sleep because I was fascinated with how I felt my blood flowing throughout my body. I was twitching from my shoulders down to my toes. The lights also reminded me of my college experimental days and I couldn’t stop giggling about my experience.
The last thing I want to share is about Infrared sauna. I told a coworker the next day after my first visit and he dropped some knowledge about infrared saunas. I had no idea that infrared is a type of treatment for cancer similar to the Gerson Therapy. I mentioned that he had clients that swore by it but it can’t be medically documented.

The staff is amazing and so knowledgeable, Lish is my favorite! She is my go to when I need to take care of myself and rejuvenate!

This is a great facility with lots of options for health. In addition to fitness they offer beauty and diet assistance… total inside and outside methods for improving your health.

I discovered InnerFit online while searching for a facility that had an infrared sauna for use. I was amazed to discover all the other wellness services available at this studio. When I first came in, I was warmly greeted by Eliscia and then given a tour of the entire studio. This included getting to try out some of the other equipment, like the Power Plate which uses vibration to help cleanse the lymphatic system, and the iMRS system.
It was also exciting to discover that they offered YoChi classes, which are a combination of Yoga and Chigong. I ended up signing up for a one on one session with Master Alex which was incredible.
I highly recommend InnerFit to anyone looking for any of the services they provide. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff.
