I love the Intermix collection. Store wise, this place is clean, organized, and all that.
However, the sales women are SOOOOO pushy and pretentious. Every single item I grab or glance at I am told how amazing it is, itll fit me perfect, do I need a room etc. Though I appreciate the attentiveness, I feel suffocated. And sometimes, if I ask questions about a sale item, the sales gal seems annoyed or irritated I am not buying full priced items.
The sales gals really keep me away from shopping in person. My recommendation is, ask once if someone needs help and trust they will let you know. Otherwise, you’re just making me want to run away!

Was accustomed to shop here in Los Angeles and was always a big fan. So sad to report such incredibly unknowledgable pretentious staff and terrible customer service. What a disappointment. I will never again recommend this establishment.

This is one of the best places to shop designer pieces in Bellevue. The people who work here go above and beyond just to give you the best personal customer service. Allison is the manager, she always greets everybody with a smile, never fails to asks if she could help you find what you are looking for, Denise the assistant manager is very sweet to all of her customers, a rare gem. Linda, Lauren and Erin are always there for anybody who needs chic and up to date fashion pieces, they always give the best styling advice to me when I need something, funny but true but… whenever I buy anything from this store I always get not one but a ton of compliments. I always like searching for pieces that are unique but classic and this store has it all. I’m so glad that they opened in Bellevue oh and btw they also have a good sale rack too which I adore, you will never go wrong if you purchase any item from intermix, every piece is unique and designed to fit an edgy but classy taste. Oh and jamie their stock manager is awesome as well! Very satisfied with how they treat everybody who walks through their door.
