We had portraits taken here and my wife wanted to order more copies. She asked if she could pay over the phone and was told we had to pay and pick them up in person. I arrived and waited for twenty minutes without being acknowledged. The staff here is un motivated and does not care about customer service. We will never use jcp portraits again under any circumstances

You get what you pay for. Very uninspired employee who kept us waiting for 20 mins after our apt time w a baby. If you are taking baby pics you have to move fast while they are in good moods! Pictures were very mediocre, and they don’t mention it takes over a week to get them and you have to go back to pick them up. We ended up taking pics at home with our own camera and they were probably the same quality! Bummer.

Since having my son I go to JCP for all his monthly milestones. We always hope to get Destiny because she is the best. She is so patient and works so well with children. She captures excellent moments and knows all the props and what photo layouts look the best. We love going to her.
We didnt have great luck with another photographer there but luckily it was only one time!

My experience was so poor that I cant even give them any stars. This was our second trip to redo photos that were blurry. I was assured that we would be compensated for our time but in the end I had to argue with the staff. Not the way I wanted to spend my Sunday afternoon. It isnt easy to get kids to smile for multiple photo appointments. I will never go back and we have been customers for the past 7 years!
