Beautiful day today, the summer solstice, so we sat outside. Excellent servers, quick and friendly. The food was good, the menu had plenty of choices. Almost more of a bar than restaurant as the liquor flowed freely, but hey, folks were having a good time. All the office towers around, lots of folks unwinding. Good food, good atmosphere, great location.

My co-workers and I enjoyed a delicious meal here and excellent service from Keelin Coulter. They had a nice variety of options for dinner – we tried the sliders, curry shrimp bowl, salmon salad, and fish tacos. I would definitely recommend it!

Water tastes like it’s from a sewer. Service is very slow and the waitress was very unresponsive; had to get up and confront them.

The only reason my rating wasn’t a 5 was because the servers, who all look like those girls in Robert Palmer’s Addicted to Love video, are spectacular looking, but just don’t have all the necessary server chops down. But I digress. My wife and I came here three times while we were staying at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. Twice we had a fantastic lunch on their beautiful patio, having the Sashimi Tuna Salad and the Grilled Chicken Caesar one afternoon, then the Steak & Sushi combination and the The Beach Salad. All were attractively presented, very fresh, and very delicious. I highly recommend the Steak and Sushi combination. They offer quality wines by the glass. I recommend Waterbrook Chardonnay, from Washington, that has a beautiful balance of fruit and oak. Yum! One night we arrived at the restaurant late in the evening for a night cap, and it took 3 of the Robert Palmer girls to take our order, bring our drinks, and provide the check. I think one of the waitresses must still be missing. She simply vanished. But the vibe is fun, classy, vibrant. As I said the food is excellent. And the servers will provide a little nostalgia with a very updated MTV look.

Delicious Food with excellent service. Discovered this place while visiting some friends in Bellevue. Me and my husband enjoyed the food, he order the Spanish paella and I had the Herb Crush Salmon. The service was prompt, we also ordered some drinks and chicken wings. Food was delicious, there was a slight delay in the desert order and we asked the staff to cancel our order because we were running late. They actually served us the desert for free and it was heavenly. The cake was soft and moist, Ice cream was bomb.

I’ve gone to Joey’s in Vancouver on several occasions, and I thought I’d try it out in Bellevue for a goodbye lunch for a co-worker. Online reservations are the way to go, and they have this option available. The hot girls in the skintight black evening dresses is still the required dress code. We talked about the fact that the men at work really like coming to Joey’s when they travel here vs. anywhere else they could go for lunch or dinner for this very reason. Even though Joey’s is a chain, the food here is still solid. Two of us ordered the California chicken burger which comes with bacon. It was super moist and delicious. The menu says it comes with a Portuguese bun; it was a regular, plain ol’ hamburger bun. The fries were the skinniest fries I’ve ever seen, half the size of shoestring fries. It was like picking up toothpicks. We asked for tartar sauce, and I didn’t like it. Another person ordered a sashimi tuna salad that was beautifully presented, and she said it was really good. The last colleague ordered the regular burger with lettuce instead of a bun, and she said it was also really good. The waitress was friendly but sparse. She checked on us once after the food was served, we had to ask for extra napkins and she told us the bar didn’t have grenadine when someone ordered a drink that used it. I find that really hard to believe since they have a full bar here. In some restaurants, the server has to mix the non-alcoholic drinks, and I think she just didn’t want to bother mixing it. She rolled her eyes at me when I said I was ordering the same as my friend. Joey’s only has Coke and Diet Coke for soda, nothing else. The server said the only other drinks they had that weren’t alcoholic were tea and lemonade. A long, long alcohol menu but a very sparse non-alcoholic one. Since I don’t drink, I’m pointing this out. It would be a nice place to hang out after work for drinks if I had something more to choose from while there. The restaurant is decorated in a minimalistic way with an all glass wall that is shared with the Hyatt’s hallway, tabletops from slabs of wood with dark finishes, dark brown booths and sanded down, shiny logs sitting around. Due to the large open space and windows, I wouldn’t recommend Joey’s for a romantic dinner. They will validate your parking for the Hyatt as well as for Lincoln Square. Amazing atmosphere! Have only been here a few Times. Fish tacos and salmon Cesar salad have both been stellar. Service and staff is excellent– was even greeted with a glass on champagne while we Waited for a table. Can’t wait to go enjoy the patio this summer!

From the ambiance and location to the food and service, this place is so worth it! We picked this place as my wife happened to catch a glimpse of it while volunteering at an event for the Seattle humane society at the Hyatt. It looked like a perfect mix of a place that served sushi and steak mine and her faves respectively. Came here at about 9PM on a Sunday night. We were promptly seated, drinks were super quick and the waitress was nice. What we didn’t expect was the quality of the food. The sushi was brilliant, fresh and well prepared and the peppercorn steak was fantastic. Semi charred, just the way like it! It comes with what looks like egg rolls, but they are actually filled with mashed potatoes. To die for! We ended the evening with the molten lava cake soufflé. OMG this is the first time a place has gotten this dish so perfectly since Chili’s back home in Cali. We’re definitely going back!

We put in our reservations a half hour before we arrived without problem. Service was ok especially for a large group of 8. We had someone with dietary needs and they were able to accommodate without issue. The only odd part was switching the waitstaff twice, so there were lag times in refilling our waters with the staffing changes. I got the Superfoodsalad and paid extra for Chicken, however the chicken was so dry and inedible that I was gagging after eating a couple bites of styrofoam Chicken. The salad itself was good and the mushroom soup was creamy and I ate every last bit.

My hubby and I came here for a late night dinner after I discovered this place because of an event at the Hyatt that I participated in. I wanted to go because it’s a great place for both me and my hubby. He never gets to eat sushi because I don’t eat fish and I rarely get great steak at a steakhouse because he’s not a steak fan. At this place we were both able to get what we wanted, in a great environment, and late at night if we choose to. I was very impressed with the prime cuts of meat and when the food came, it was heavenly. My husband loved my steak as well, he said he could get that as a meal himself, which is saying a lot since he never eats steak. The potatoes were also amazing, and very unique. I expected them to just be normal mashed potatoes, but instead they came on my plate looking like eggrolls, but I was blown away by the taste. I can’t say enough good things about the food. My husband loved everything he put in his mouth, including his sushi and my potatoes, vegetables and steak. We got the lava soufflé for dessert(he’s obsessed with lava cakes) and he said it was the best he’s ever had. I’m so glad I discovered this place. I haven’t had food that good at a restaurant in a very long time. Everything was great from the food to the service. I can’t wait to come back when I’m no longer pregnant, so I can try the cocktails.

We arrived here at 12:30 on a Saturday night. literally like 15 minutes before the kitchen closes. We had just finished at a wedding reception and were starving. JOEY was open, and definitely took care of us. My better half had the Steak Frites, which was outstanding and i had the surf and turf roll. The sushi element was great, super simple and super fresh. My steak arrived with some pieces cold, some lukewarm and a couple piping hot, and all stacked nicely in a vat of teriyaki. If it were all the same temperature and maybe had a little less sauce it would have been right up my ally. Thank you for taking care of us.

I have been here a couple of times now. Each time was late night. Service was okay. I have driven pass here so many times where it was super packed, but each time I have been here, it really hasn’t been. I guess I come closer to closing so party people moved on to their next destinations. They have a wide variety of food and beverage, so it’s nice to try out different things! The first thing I ever tried here was the Korean seasoned cauliflower. It was late night so I wanted to try to be healthy. It was interesting, wasn’t too bad. But I don’t think I want to get it next time since there are other things to try! Another time, also late night, I got their salad. The 500 salad with organic quinoa, barley, plenty of raw vegetables, watermelon radish, almonds, mint, and avocado alllll for 500 calories! Gosh, SUPER tasty, I really liked the flavors, but it was such a small portion! I think they could afford to give me more salad at least! Anyway, this place is solid esp for my late night outings and hunger hits. I’ll try to return when it’s actually more popping!

I’ve only been here a few times and each time I do it is a wonderful experience. This most recent time I went I was greeted by Blake whom I’ve seen there a few times. She is always so happy and very sweet. She had complimentary champaign this time. I proceeded to the bar to watch some hoops and ordered a few drinks from Lauren who is also a sweet young girl. Since I didn’t come with anyone she kept checking on me and having fun short conversations with me so it didn’t seem like I was at the bar solo. Over all the drinks and food can be kinda pricey but not too bad. The people are always nice and the atmosphere is always nice weather you are on the bar side or restaurant side.

I love JOEY’s concept of attractive girl waitresses and simple, but tasty menu. However, I try avoiding this specific location because my service here have always sucked. I’m not too picky so when I say something sucks, it kind of does. Every time that I’ve been here, we are ignored even with only a couple other tables here. Maybe they are trained to disappear on their females customers? It sure makes it frustrating to wait forever to be able to eat and not mention the mission of having to hunt them down to pay. Food was always cold, but waiting for someone to check up and remake it might not be worth the extra wait so whatever. I give JOEY a 2 star because the other locations are awesome, I don’t know why I lack consistency here. Parking is in Bellevue place, I think you could get it validated. Don’t quote me, I have always come during night time when nobody is on duty in the garage so it’s free. Tell me about your experience if you’ve been here or is going to after reading this review:)

David and the crew took great care of us, answered all of our questions and delivered with excellent service. The 500+ salad(without tomatoes sub carrots) with grilled salmon(olive oil & garlic) was so good I ordered a second order to take home! My Jameson Hot Toddie minus the honey was right on point. My friends loved their food and drinks too! AND the beautifully laminated allergen guide is feeelthy! It’s great for common allergies, but David went all the steps further to accommodate my picky ass super sensitive diet!!!(No nightshades, pescatarian, gluten/dairy/sugar free and then some lol) #sipandthentoast #seattlelightsshine #andrepeat

Open late, and always loud. Part of the Hyatt complex. It’s a large place but it always seems full, and often there is a bit of wait for the table. I’ve been here a few times for a night cap after dinner. So mostly ordered drinks, and late night appetizers. There is a large cocktail selection at decent prices starting $ 7.5 and up. Each week day features a special on a couple of drinks ranging from cocktails, wine or beer so you could try those. Good selection of beers. Wines are pricier than other places in the neighborhood. Appetizers and small plates are not amazing but work with the drinks. Ahi tuna tacos were decent but could have been better seasoned, sushi was just ok. There are some straw fries(can’t remember the name) that are good late night. The service is variable, some hostesses are welcoming, others not so much. Servers seem to be always rushed and not too friendly, but they’re all good looking, so there’s that. Drinks come faster than food, and you may be on your 2nd before you’ll see the food, it does take time here. Sometimes, it’s taken over half hour or more for a basket of fries, not sure why. So don’t go too hungry. I would hate to go here if I’m so famished that I can’t drink before I eat! The parking is usually available right below in the garage and it’s free in the evenings, so easy pick if you’re in heels and forgot your wrap. That’s probably why we end up there often!

Sorry but gotta give 4 stars due to our food taking so long to come out… almost 40 minutes from the time we placed our order. So here is what they did well. First off the food was good. My co worker and I both ordered soup and salad. The mushroom soup was delicious. Great flavored and had large chunks of mushroom. I got a blackened salmon Caesar. You could tell that the dressing was fresh and made there. My fish was cooked perfectly. My teammate got the sashimi tuna with peanuts, mangoes and cucumbers with crispy noodles. He really liked it and said he would recommend it. Our waitress was really nice and communicated the delay in our order.

The worst. That sums up Joeys. Some business colleagues and I came here for lunch as it was convenient to the Hyatt where we had a meeting. Never again. It took forever for us to get menus and water but the bartender apologized she didn’t see us, so no biggie. Our waiter however was a horrible listener and couldn’t answer any questions about the menu, at least not accurately. My companions ordered the chicken wings to share as an app, they came out with their meal, not before, and they were the driest things you e ever seen, little chicken wing corpses. The gals both ordered steak that came out well instead of medium, which they ate anyway because they were starved. My lettuce wrap burger came out with sauce all over it, which I specifically said I didn’t want. And instead of a plain green salad a Cesar showed up. The burger was dry, but had good seasoning. We never got a chance to voice our complaints because we never saw our waiter again! Joeys you were horrible, bad service, bad bad horribly cooked food.

GETTHEHIBACHICHICKEN. they are so good! Brought here by a friend who works at Microsoft and loves the chicken wings her and they are truly yummy… They are small little wings but taste so big! I also ordered chocolate soufflé while it is not exactly a soufflé more like just a lava cake… It was delish! The dining room is a bit more quiet but it was full so we got a table at the bar which was open seating … Can be a bit loud and the service was very slow ;(we actually had to flag down the servers several times… Even when we were trying to pay! So minus one star for that Otherwise a good place to hang out with your friends after work! Plus not too expensive and nice ambience as well
