Lai Edwin J MD

I was scheduled for a procedure with Dr. Lai and was a bit anxious and nervous. When I arrived I was warmly welcomed by the reception team. I was called in right on time.
I met with Julie who was very nice and helpful. She could probably tell I was a bit nervous, but she was kind and helpful. She was very professional, but had a very appropriate sense of humor. She had the perfect balance of serious and humor.
Anne came to assist me with my preparation. She was extremely patient and kind to me. She helped me get ready for the next phase. So nice and friendly.
Diane came in to get some information from me. She was super supportive and kind. Informative and compassionate. She was very friendly and personable.
Ray put me under. He was the anesthetist. He was very comforting and reassuring. Very kind man. Spend a few minutes talking to me and seemed very sincere.
Dr. Lai came in to introduce himself. What a great man! He was very nice and took time to explain a couple things. He made me feel like I was in the best care possible. Exceptional demeanor and gave me confidence that everything was going to be okay.
Shelly helped me after the procedure. She was so great! She helped me get dressed and provided great information. She was just super nice!
Overall, this was the best experience you could possibly hope for under the circumstances. The staff was incredibly compassionate, helpful, and kind. I felt like I was getting the best care possible. I got a very nice follow up call to check on my condition.
This was a great experience considering the reason for my visit. Thank you all for being so amazing!
