For my 7 year old daughter.
Got a haircut with same day appointment. Stylist was friendly and fun for my daughter to talk to. She was attentive and did what I asked for. Overall a great cut for the price! I’ve been to kids salons and they charge almost double for the same service.

Just got my hair cut there at around 4:40 PM. Service was extremely fast, I didn’t have to make an appointment to cut my hair, and was able to just walk in and walk out. The lady that cut my hair was very sweet, and polite. However, she did not cut my hair how I asked for it to be cut. I asked for only 1 inch to be cut off, and light layers; she cut 3 inches off with extremely heavy layers. On the up side, at least my hair is now very light. The total cost for my visit was $ 20, a reasonable price for what I got. I recommend to just a get a trim here instead, not too sure how well they color hair. Another thing I observed was that the male hair stylists there seem to be more skilled. So maybe ask for them instead.

After trying many different salons, being new here. I finally found a place that makes me feel comfortable and happy every time. I had my hair cut here several times and from all the employees already and everyone of them are talented and wonderful. Jesse is my favorite and I have recommended my friends here and they love it too. I can not be any happier. Thank you

Thawn is the best. She gave me the best hair cut. after paying so much money every time in other places. I found a very reasonable place and a great hairdresser. she is fast and she knows what she is doing.

I dropped in for a desperately needed haircut. I have long, straight hair that would be tough to mess up, and I wasn’t expecting much beyond the basics. Let’s cut to the chase, I would return here in a heartbeat. Tawn cut my hair, she has an amazingly soothing method that’s hard to describe, but you know it when you feel it. My hair turned out beautifully. I have literally had more compliments on my hair in the past day than I have over the past few months of cuts at more expensive salons. Sold.

Cheap and good service. I’m not super picky about my hair, but my wife seemed to like the cut.

I got my hair cut here recently and it’s terrible… I told the lady to make my hair around shoulder but when she finished my hair was too short and I can’t even had a pony tail… it makes me feel like I am the age of my grandma and she still kept asking me:” See, is that cute?” I will never come back again.

Le-​Ha was able to perfectly execute my new style with only vague ideas from me– and she managed to actually get everything… with most stylists I end up having to clean up the neck and ear lines myself once I get home. She’s great!

The quality service is far superior. I’d refer my friends in a heartbeat.

Brian is one of the best and he is super nice. I changed my mind a few times and he was OK with that. Next time around, he remembers.
The place over is clean and not that crowded. Highly recommend.

Horrible place to get a haircut, First the lady who attended me couldn’t understand what I was trying to say. When I asked for suggestions on the style, she plainly refused to suggest any. After that, I asked her to simply cut them in layers and specified the length, she even failed to cut as I mentioned. After just little bit of trimming, she said that I was done. After the cut when I asked her if she could blow dry my hair, she said it would cost an extra $ 10. I mean seriously, $ 10 just to get hair dried? I am never going back or recommend anyone to go either. Avoid it! Its a sheer waste of money.

Given the overall haircut experience, I’m tempted to give this a ‘1’ but taking into account Mastercuts is more or less a budget-​level barber, I can’t expect too much.
I came in with pretty shaggy hair, and after only 10 minutes –maybe less– my barber finished the cut. The only reason it lasted an additional five minutes longer was because I requested it shorter, to match the photo I had shown her for reference.
As a guy who only gets a haircut three or four times a year, I have a big appreciation for the overall experience, not just the cut itself. A 10 minute haircut feels like a cheap, rushed haircut. I’ve had similar styles cut carefully and thoughtfully at a much slower rate that allowed for attention to detail –It felt like the barber enjoyed and appreciated their job and craft.
Again, I realize this comes with the territories of budget vs. salon.
PROS: was able to show the barber a photo and get a very similar cut, very cheap, very close to home, open late
CONS: didn’t offer a shampoo (I came in with dirty hair), didn’t offer to style my hair with any products after the cut, didn’t put a paper strip around my neck to avoid hair under/​over my shirt, cut felt rushed

I take my son here to get his haircut about once a month. Thanh is our stylist and she does a quick job in cutting his hair, which is necessary for a 5-​yr old. We always ask for her. The wait usually isn’t too bad if you don’t have an appointment. I think the longest we’ve had to wait was 30 minutes, so we wander the mall, get some boba tea, or chill at Nordstrom Rack.
Brandon’s haircut is pretty simple, and will only take about 10 – 15 minutes. We’re in and out, and the cost is only $ 12 (ish) for his haircut. If you sign up for email alerts, sometimes they’ll send coupons.

This was our first time at this salon. I brought my son in to have his haircut. It took a couple minutes for someone to come up to the counter to help us but we were acknowledged with a smile from one of the stylists as soon as we came in.
Wendy got him into a chair fairly quick after that. She asked what we wanted before she started and then she asked what we thought as she went along. She was nice, attentive and quick.
You would think cutting a little boys hair is easy but I’ve had people at other shops mess up his hair because they couldn’t fade evenly or they didn’t really listen to what he wanted.
The price for a little boys haircut is about average. The staff were friendly and generally helpful. And my son left happy with his new cut. We’ll definitely come back.

I was going to get my hair cut at Regis, since I’ve never really gone to an «upscale» salon. However, they were packed and there were no openings for two hours. Walked a couple doors down and went here. Wendy did an amazing job. She knew what she was doing. I asked for long layers and tiny trim. I joked that I wanted to look like the super models with the super long hair (mine used to be super long but I cut it a year ago for charity and it was a nightmare hair cut! It was butchered, but that’s another story…). Well, my hair is past my shoulders. So Wendy joked with me and she totally knew what I was looking for. My hair looks amazing and I will definitely return to get my hair cut from her in the future. She was knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. She asked multiple times if I was happy. Took a bit of hair off and made sure that was what I wanted or if I wanted more trimmed. She was patient, yet didn’t take a long time to cut my hair.
Also, the hair cut (and complimentary wash) cost $ 16 and I left a $ 4 tip. That’s how happy I was with the experience!

My boyfriend’s a bit of a workaholic and doesn’t have a regular barber, so we normally just take him to any spot that’s near our location when we realize he has some time.
Good thing — The stylist knew the type of argument to use to get him to purchase a couple products. He hasn’t used the styling product yet, but he seems very happy with the shampoo.
Not so good thing — He got negative feedback from pretty much everyone who has commented on his haircut.
It was quick, cheap, and his hair got shorter… but negative comments are no good.

I had a special offer which included wash, 7 foil highlight, condition, deep condition, cut and style. Sadi is really good, she listens and works and keeps asking if you’re satisfied.
I had the highlight but it didn’t look like what I expected so they re-​did it for me and it came out pretty well, I am really happy with it! The cut was good too, I just wanted framing and layered cut and she did a good job without chopping off the length. It was a good experience and I would definitely go back.
Also got the healthy sexy soy oil that she suggested and its pretty darn good! They dont push you to buy anything you wouldn’t want. Good friendly staff and service!

This is a strange review for me to write.
After using 7 Salon and Gene Juarez for years, I’ve changed salons. After too many ‘free’ mochas at the salons, I wanted an alternative for a maintenance cut and after seeing the quality, decided to stay there. They had a great male stylist who, I recently learned, changed salons and instead, I had a wonderful woman who cut off exactly as much as I wanted (simply a trim, I’m growing my hair out).
All in all, it’s a great price for a haircut and compared to Gene Juarez, a much better deal. I would especially recommend it for anyone looking for a common or easy haircut.

For the two times I’ve been here, my resulting haircut has been a hit with the gf. However, I might add that my choice of haircuts aren’t to fancy or anything, I usually just get a 2 all around and a trim and thin out the top.
But that’s just the point though, I’ve been to a bunch of barber shops where even though there are different people giving me haircuts all the time, the level of consistency is just downright off. No, a buzz cut, high and tight is not what I want, and no I’m not joining the military tomorrow either.
Even though I’ve only been here twice, I’m a fan, and the employees here really seem to be on point with what I want done with my hair. I plan to come back again, at least until I get a messed up hair cut.
