Worst customer service imaginable. This was the second visit in 3 months to get overly priced coffee. The staff is rude and seemingly unhelpful. You’re interrupting their day basically. You’re greeted with pretty much«what«and told if you don’t have your phone number to look up your account they won’t sell you any coffee. Pretty much a stupid system and customer unfriendly. This is the biggest waste of time and complaint to Nespresso customer service only gets you«if you don’t like it, sell your machine«. Buy a Kuerig. More variety, ¼ the cost and it’s sold everywhere. No Nespresso attitudes to deal with.

I absolutely love my Nespresso machine and capsules. However my experience at this boutique store have never been excellent. It is located in Macy’s Home and is facing directly to an escalator. When I was walking toward to the store I could feel that all staff at the store were staring at me, which made me very uncomfortable. There were always 4~5 salespeople there but I’ve never seen more than one customer other than myself. You can’t just go there and look around freely, because everyone is looking at you, and ask you if you are considering buying a machine or want to try a cup of coffee or something else every half minute(this free coffee service itself is good but isn’t executed in a good manner). And, if you are coming to buy capsules, you can’t make decisions and pick up by yourself, instead the capsules are located on a wall unreachable from customers. You have to look into the menu at cashiers, and make decision right there. The entire shopping experience is stressful and uncomfortable. And it doesn’t accept the same payment methods as Macy’s. It doesn’t have contactless POS, and doesn’t accept Discover. It is true that every merchant has its freedom to choose accepted payment method, but it is an important factor that affects customer experience.

We love our vertuoline machine. And being able to buy the capsules locally means not having to pay for shipping and wait for them to be delivered in the mail. However, the customer service we’ve received by phone has been much better than at the boutique. We also buy A LOT of capsules at one time and have visited this boutique many times because we drink several cups of nespresso per day. I feel like the sales staff always has a little bit of an attitude considering they basically work in a Macy’s. I also find it hilarious that they never offer us a free cup of coffee until after we’ve made our purchase. So instead of making it a way to sell their coffee(newly released flavors or just flavors we don’t remember trying when we first bought our machine), they make it more of a reward for buying capsules. Every time they ask, I think to myself«no, I just bought a ton of coffee so it is too late now for me to try anything new because I’m not going to make second purchase today». I think this location needs to re-think their sales strategy. They might be worried that folks who don’t have nespresso machines are just looking for a free cup of coffee. In that case, they should just ask every person who enters the boutique if they are interested in buying a machine or capsules. Or, when I’m standing and looking at the menu, they could ask me if there is a new flavor I’d like to try before buying. If they make any customer service changes, I’ll be sure to update this review.

This place is wonderful! It’s located in Macy’s and was fairly busy when we arrived. We were immediately greeted and asked if we wanted to try a new limited flavor. The representative quickly prepared our own little espresso shots with perfectly frothed milk. It was delightful! We continued to walk around to learn about the different flavors available. We came to buy 1 – 2 flavors for the Nespresso Machine we received as a wedding gift! We had lots of questions that were answered with knowledge and friendliness! We ended up buying a flavor pack of 12 boxes! The same person helped us all the way through and even gave us recycle bags for our pods. It was a great experience! If you own a Nespresso I recommend checking this place out to learn more and to try flavors!

I live and die by Nespresso at home, which is why stumbling into this store today was a welcome surprise. A tiny but colorful bay full of machines, pods and(surprise) well priced sleeves of pods. Why or why is is near impossible to find sleeves of Nespresso pods if you want to try a little something and don’t feel like ordering a ton in bulk? I thought this might be a mirage. But no. For $ 7 I walked away with a sleeve of my favorites. No guilt for not buying more and no need to –this week.(After all, I know where to find you if I need you.) I have to state for the record that Nespresso is the gold standard for customer service. My steamer malfunctioned once. They sent me a new one. Free! My water container shattered after crashing to the floor. They sent me a new one. Free! I’m a loyal fan. I am rarely this jazzed about a company, but they’ve earned it with their remarkable customer service. Above and beyond.

This place is amazing! It is one of the only places I know of where you can buy nespresso in person. The customer service is awesome, every time we have come here we are always offered a free drink to taste as well as a free chocolate. They also accept emptied nespresso cups to recycle and be reused, which I think is great.

Always a fan of Nespresso. I am so excited to check out the store and its new Vertuoline although I wasn’t sold on this new baby. So far the retail space is small and they don’t carry many accessories yet. The sales associates are very professional just abit too long winded on their sales pitch and coffee sampling. It would be a pain if you just want to get in and out for just a few sleeves of capsules. Excellent addition to Bellevue Square and I am no longer stuck with ordering Nespresso capsules online. Yay!
