Had great attentive service. Found a minimus shoe in my women’s 7.5D size which is sometimes a PITA.

This Location does NOT open on regular hours. I came on Sunday several months ago and was not open then, no sign or anything. Today, on Monday, it was suppose to open at 10am, but it is NOT open even after 11am. There is no sign or anything. Store hours are promise to the customers.

I’ve been in this store about 4 or 5 times on the last year and a half. I never manage to find sneakers on a size 8.5 «we don’t have numbers over 8 right now». Nordstrom and Macy’s have a better stock than them which is unbelievable. At least the people working there is nice, that’s the inly reason for 2 stars

Other than the great charity, donating your old shoes, nothing special. 20% off apparel and 10% off insoles. Men’s on the right, a decent selection. pure runner’s store. do carry some pedometer s that measure calories too but didn’t see any heart monitors. own corner parking lot beside Bergman Luggage.

I got a parking ticket from Diamond; they say I walked off but I actually got into the store to have a look at their shoes, grabbed a Starbucks and left the parking lot in less than 1 hour. Nobody wants to know anything about my ticket so I’ll never stop by this store again. I’m really pissed off.

I found the new store to be far better than the old one in bellevue square mall — it is much easier to get in and out and the layout is better than before. Unlike every time I went to the old store, today I got help immediately. The new store added a Precor treadmill which was handy for testing out the new running shoes. The sales guy was surprisingly knowledgeable about strides, fit, etc. To his credit he recommended going to a wider size which they didn’t offer at the store(just online) — any sales guy who will pass up a sale to ensure someone doesn’t get the wrong thing is a good sales guy in my book. As for the shoes, New Balance has a lot going for them — fairly innovative and broad shoe selection, wide sizes, and some are USA made.

Yikes… we came in here to look for some training shoes and the girl in the store said, «Hi,» and… that was it. No service at all, no questions about what we were looking for, no assistance, nada. She was actually in the back and no where to be seen when we left. Selection was decent and perhaps we could’ve found some shoes we wanted, but with the lack of service and information, we left with nothing.

My wife and I stepped in to see if we can get new versions of the Minimus shoes that we have. I met with a very young and clueless salesman who couldn’t be more uninterested in what it is that I actually wanted. Who does the hiring here??? I even got the impression he was a Manager! Truly giving up on this location, I’m logging on Amazon and just buying there.
