Incompetent, unprofessional staff. It took them 30 min just to figure out how to use my Groupon. They told me my results would be mailed to me in a week and that I could check them online. Well after a week, no results. I had to call and speak to a supervisor, who also sounded like she didn’t know her job. I finally managed to get my results online, but they never mailed them to me as they promised again.
Don’t trust this place.

How do you review a lab? I don’t know. I show up, they drew blood and I leave.
Baaaam! Done.
They also have a water dispenser if you are thirsty, perhaps for people who need to give urine sample?
