She is a true makeup and beauty professional, but what keeps me coming back is her commitment to using quality products, her exceptional skincare knowledge, and most of all, her warm and friendly attitude! Cherry did such a magic and wonderful job on my wedding day. All my families and friends said that I was very pretty. Cherry has the power to present the best features of your face with her make up. Cherry did my makeup/​hair and my mom’s makeup/​hair for our wedding dinner reception in Seattle and we love the entire experience from process to results! She is an exceptional makeup artist who pays attention to details and takes her time to attain perfection. We also had an amazing time chatting with her, and learn a lot about makeup products. Cherry only sells top of the line organic skin care products and we purchased some from her studio and we are so happy with the results. She only sells what she believes in. And you will fall in love with her tips and tricks developed from her personal experience. Ok… I am writing this review for my wife.
My wife used Cherry for our engagement picture and wedding. My wife make up and hair were stunning and I really appreciate how great she looked. When I asked my wife «how many stars would you give Cherry? Between 1 – 5 stars…» My wife said «I would give her 6 stars if possible!!!»
Cherry is very professional and is an amazing make up artist… she is very attentive, efficient, and personable. Cherry provided a stress free experience! Many of our friends thought Cherry did a good job as well.

Cherry is an absolute pleasure to work with to create the perfect bridal look. First of all, she is up to date on current trends and uses only the best makeup and products on her clients. She is also very hygienic with her techniques; as a bacteriologist, I really appreciated this. And although I got my hair cut and thinned before my wedding, it was still incredibly thick and a bit difficult to work with. I had picked out a different updo style in her salon, but she suggested I try a Kate Middleton-​inspired style instead on the day of. I agreed and working quickly she made my hair look amazing and just like the Duchess’. It stayed all day (asian weddings can be an all day occasion, but not one hair was out of place) –even at the end of the reception. Similarly, my airbrush makeup was flawless and beautiful lashes stayed put all day. But don’t take my word for it, check out Miss Washington, who gets her pageant makeup done exclusively by Cherry. But best of all, when Cherry came early in the morning to do my makeup and hair (and my mother’s!) I did not feel like I was simply a client. She had brought her sweet mother, because they had plans later that morning. It felt like having aunts preparing me for my most important day, easing my nerves with kind words and making sure I look as beautiful as possible even though we shared a only short hour or so together.
For me, the wedding dress was secondary to the makeup and hair. A bride can wear the simplest or most ornate dress, but she and everyone else will look at her face first. Deciding on Pure Beauty was one of my best wedding investments.

Cherry is absolutely wonderful with airbrush make-​up, definitely a leader in the industry. I took airbrush make-​up lessons from her yesterday and couldn’t be happier. She is professional, knowledgable, skilled, patient and a very sweet person. I highly recommend her! Cherry did my makeup for my wedding and I’m so glad I found her to do it! (I was gonna go with MAC, did trials with them and it just did not work for Asian.) Cherry is very nice, professional, and easy to work with. She helped me pick out the colors and styles that work the best for me. Some my friends keep saying it’s the best makeup they’ve ever seen. The «Air Brush» is a must-​have for weddings cuz it lasts very long.

I have worked with dozens of makeup artists during my time in pageants and spokesmodeling. Cherry Chau literally CHANGED everything I knew about makeup and beauty. She is the most talented makeup artist I have ever worked with. She traveled with me to Las Vegas and did my make up for the Miss America Pageant, and a year later she did my make up on my wedding day. If this doesn’t show how much I love and trust her then I don’t know what will :-) Every time people ask me for makeup tips I immediately send them to Cherry to have a lesson. Cherry has done my makeup for all of my on-​camera work and I will continue to use her for every major event I have in the future. I can’t recommend her more highly. She always makes me feel beautiful and confident.

Simply said, Pure Beauty is the most relaxing yet fabulous place i have ever gone. I visit Cherry for my facials and occasional make up and i have never left the spa unhappy. I have been a customer of Cherry for years, and pretty much she is the only person takes care of all my beauty needs.
Cherry is very knowledgeable of all aspect of skin care, very patient and professional.
The skincare that she uses on customers are natural, organic and toxic free. I love the Luzern skincare products so much, i actually buy it and use it for my everyday skincare.
