Worst service ever. Went to get a quick travel check up and anti-​malarial for an upcoming trip. Since I didn’t have a hardcopy insurance card, they spent more than 90 minutes messing with my electronic copy to try to get their equipment to take it. Finally entered it manually. All while I waited because they would not allow me to see the doctor until it was in the system.
Fast forward two months. Even though it is approved by my insurance, and they spent so much time on my insurance verification, I get a threat that they will send my bill to collections. I send a note asking why. «We’re sorry, the service you received is a cash only service, and we do not submit to insurance.» How nice is that? So $ 75, 2 nd a half hours, plus tons of financial churn just to get a prescription for anti-​malarial pills.
Needless to say, I won’t be going back, even for a flu shot.
