Sam’s is so handy if you work in or around the building. They carry a variety of salads and wraps(try the turkey pesto one) as well as all kinds of snacks. If they don’t carry a snack you really want, you can ask them to order it, which is awesome! The store owners are super friendly. They also have a great selection of chocolate and cards, so perfect if you need something for a last minute office birthday or whatever.

I don’t work in the Civica building, but I work in a building on the same street. Sam’s is the perfect place for almost anything last minute that you might have forgotten. I hate having to walk all the way to Safeway and back, so Sam’s has come through in a pinch many times for me. The gal that works there is always super friendly and awesome — I love popping in there for some snacks or random sundries.

You can find almost anything you could ask for during a work day here at Sam’s. It’s located in the Civica Office building in downtown Bellevue. I come here when I need a quick snack or if I need a last minute greeting card. They have lots of pasta salads, salads, sandwiches, etc, basically deli foods. They also have pain meds, greeting cards, magazines, drinks, etc… basically everything! The owners are extremely friendly and helpful! Try to bring cash though because you have to spend at least $ 3 in order to use your credit card.

Overall, this little shop is good for what it is. Alot of the businesses in the Civica buildings are able to take advantage of fresh sandwiches, sodas, chips, greeting cards and wide selection of noodle bowls without having to go too far. Only downside: you have have make a purhcase of $ 3 or more to use a CC. Not a fan.

Sam’s is possibly the best name ever for a store, even though it’s not my store. Sam has everything a busy business person needs right there in his tiny little sundries shop. Right now I’m sipping on some cane-sugar cola, but I frequently get things like snacks, sandwiches, salads, toothpaste, and cards for Mother’s day at the last minute from Sam. He regularly gives out free ice cream in the afternoons too. I thought I had him stumped once when I was looking for some weird batteries, but Sam pulled out a can of whoop-ass on me when he got some out from his stash behind the counter. Anyway, if you work around downtown, this is the best place to find those little things when you’re in a hurry. Sam will remember your name after a few times. He even knows I like to use my Discover card. Sadly, he doesn’t take Discover.
