This place saved my day. Amazing customer service — went in with a broken Lexus key and a couple blanks I had bought online that definitely did not work after they were cut b/c of the quality. They tried cutting it for me and filing it down, and when that didn’t work — got me all set up with one of their keys. For WAY less than what it would be at the Lexus dealership (quoted $ 350) and they were super quick. Really appreciative when I run into great customer service like this. Will use them again anytime I need a locksmith.

I was really disappointed with the charge and service, I went to the store to get 2 copies of a key, went there yesterday around 5pm, they told me they are closing, I asked how much to make a key with the key in my hand, was told $ 2.5 each. Today went there to make 2 copies, the charges became $ 3.95 each. It’s not about the $ 1.5 difference, the store should be honest and honor the quoted price. Try to put yourself in other people position, what you would think?

We had an internal keyed door in our house that the lock stopped working on. The problem, the presents for Christmas were behind that door in the storage room and it was the 23^rd. Called and left a message on their answering machine, they called us back first thing when they got it. Jesse (sp?) was there in an hour (this wasn’t an immediate emergency), picked the lock in 10 minutes and access was regained. He was very good about explaining what probably went wrong and he was on his way. He used these guys a number of times over the years for different things and they have always been helpful. Would use them again

I just recently changed a mailbox lock. I was charged $ 127 plus the cost of the lock.
Later I compared price with other locksmith businesses around Bellevue. The Main Street locksmith service by 60% overpriced. I could pay $ 54 plus cost of the lock if I called other companies.

This place was exactly what I needed: after locking myself out of my house multiple times, it was time to get duplicate door keys made. I haven’t had great luck with keys cut at the big home center stores and Security was on my way home so I gave them a try. I was in and out in under four minutes with three perfectly cut keys for $ 8.05. The people behind the counter were super friendly and lightening quick. It is always nice to support a small business AND get a better product!

My mom doesnt know english and called me because she left her keys in her car, i called this place for her and they got there within 20 mins, the first thing the guy does is open a book and start reading directions, really??? its been 2 hours and he still hasnt opened her car, all this guide books are sprawled all over the ground and my mom has lost her patience, on top of that, he has picked at every single window because he doest know what he is doing. when i called the companies office at 5 pm they were closed!!! wow. worst service

Great, prompt service. Several emails ahead of time helped the business determine who/what to bring, and helped them tell us what to anticipate. Then, a friendly locksmith arrived on time, was efficient and clean, and left everything functioning and cleaned up. The best part? I showed him the bathroom door, which was sticking upon trying to open it, and he repaired it for no extra cost.
Thanks for a good experience.
