I can’t convey just how much I love the results I’ve gotten on my laser hair removal treatments here. It’s been such a great experience and the results are «freeing» — to say the least. I’ve suffered from very thick, coarse hair for so long that I would either go without shaving and having to hide my under arms because it was the only relief I could get from the amount of razor burn and ingrown hairs and honestly just immediate «5-​oclock» shadow a few hours after shaving. Now I never think about it, the hairs that do grow back are so fine and light that I don’t even notice and I can shave regularly — which won’t be needed soon enough. Today was my 5^th treatment and I can’t wait to see even more improvement. My partner’s jealous and impressed — hah!

Just another year to look great. No more headaches nor wrinkles. I love how it doubles as 2 in 1. My lips look good great too.

After completing my 3 groupon sessions for laser hair removal, I am more pleased. At first it was kind of rough because of all the rescheduling but I am now with a technician that I love. She is super kind and let’s me know what’s going on, what should happen before my next appointment, and when/​why I should book the next session based on my results. I am seeing great results and would even be pleased without doing the whole 6. After 3 I only need to shave maybe once every 2 weeks but it is patchy (which is normal) and I want to not shave at all so I purchased my next 3 sessions at the groupon rate.

Very satisfied with the results at Serenity. I’ve already completed a series on my legs and now working on the underarm and bikini areas. Its true that you will get some gradual hair growth between sessions but by the 6^th appt the results are undeniable.
Before I moved to Seattle, I tried laser on my chin at a laser center in NY. The results from there were visible but less than stellar. Serenity’s gear is definitely a higher caliber and their staff has always been very helpful and professional. If she’s available, ask for Liana!

I have an appointment with them on Thursday. So far the front desk person is nice over the phone. I’ve asked for them to email me so they can confirm my apt also that I can have everything in writing. Odd request I know but simple enough request, right? Another reason is if they do keep their word. Evan though it was promised twice by the person I spoke to on the phone I still have not received an email. Again this makes me a bit worry because initial interactions is really important to me as it gives me a vibe to how I will be treated going forward. If I need to contact with other issues and such. I will follow up once I have my first consultation. I hope that they see this and email me back.

I am very disappointed and wasted $ 150 on nothing. I bought a 6 sessions of laser hair removal for my upper lip and have seen no difference. I am fair skin with natural dirty blond hair and should have been a good candidate for success. I just had a few dark hairs on my upper lip that I wanted to treat which I understand is the only hair that the laser will even work on. They did give me 2 extra treatments complimentary but it still is not working. I am not sure the reason it did not work is their lasers, their technicians or my hair. Don’t think I will know.
They should offer a discount or refund for those that it doesn’t work on. Or they should look at the hair closer to see if they can treat it from the beginning. All of the sudden they told me during my last visit that if there is any red in the hair it is hard to treat. I feel like that should have been something they looked at at the first treatment.
Buyer beware.

My laser hair removal was a pleasant experience at Serenity & very pleased with the results. Have already recommended Serenity to others.

My review is based on only one treatment but so far I am quite impressed! I called up because I had seen a Living Social promotion that I was thinking of buying and to ask questions. They answered all my questions and even let me know that I could purchase the same special through them instead of Living Social. That was way easier so I went for that option. They were very easy to work with and I got my consultation plus first treatment scheduled. On the day I arrived Sara came and got me and patiently answered all my questions. The treatment itself went much more smoothly than I had been thinking and Sara helped make the painful times bearable. I didn’t have any problems in the days after my appointment and am looking forward to going back.

This was my 5^th appointment and I have had a great experience with all the girls, but Liliana (sp) was exceptional. I think she’s Romanian. She was professional and took her time answering all my questions. She put me feel at ease and made this appointment my best one to date overall! I would recommend Serenity Rejuvenation Center to anyone, and if you can, request for Liliana.

Before I decided to do laser treatment here, i was so nervous. I read a lot of bad reviews about the service. But i still purchased the medium treatment and give them a chance. Sara is the person who follow all treatment. She’s very kind, and willing to tell me all about what she’s doing on my body. I love the atmosphere here. I think i will spend much my time here.

Been coming here for laser hair removal. Absolutely love the results and the staff here is great. Like that they are not pushy or stuffy.

I was contacted by Serenity shortly after my last review, and they were friendly and seemed to be genuinely concerned with righting the previous experiences without being pushy or condescending. I have only returned for one appointment since then, but the front desk was friendly as well, and there were no issues with privacy or awkward training situations.

Super happy with Serenity so far. I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal a while ago and have had pretty great results so far (will need more treatments than initially purchased but I was made aware of this, so it’s not a surprise).
The staff is always nice and professional. I’ve had various technicians and each has been super friendly and professional. The front desk staff is friendly and warm, and always greets you. The office is nice and clean.
As for the pricing, I think even without a Groupon their prices are pretty good and competitive. I will definitely continue my business here and look into other services when I’m ready.

I bought a Groupon last spring for 3 laser hair removal treatments. It seems that your experience will depend all on which technician you get. I wasn’t too impressed with the girls I had in my first 2 sessions until Lianna did my last appointment (I believe that’s her name, she’s a Romanian woman) and she was excellent! She was very professional. I feel like I got the best results after my session with her. Because of her service, I have just scheduled another 3 sessions here.
TIP: After you use your 1 Groupon per customer, they price match Groupon if you go directly through them.

I’m half way through my laser hair reduction appointments, and so far so good. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional.
Their prices are certainly competitive! I did a bit of research into different med spas, and I thought Serenity was less snooty and unapproachable than the other med spas I consulted with. Plus I saved a boat load of money going with them!
The only slight complaint I’d have is my pre-​treatment advising. I feel like I could have gone into my first appointment more prepared with what to expect. But I overheard the receptionist giving really good advice to someone on the phone, so maybe they’ve streamlined their pre-​appointment spiel.
I will post again after my treatment is finished, but so far, it’s great and I’d recommend Serenity to a friend!

I have only had 2 of my 6 leg laser therapy sessions, but already soooooo pleased! (Having had other parts lasered at other spas with not great results, or much slower or more painful — I feel I can judge this service). Also, just had botox injections (by a real doctor) done expertly, and with minimal pain and no swelling, discoloration, bruising, or any adverse affects — I will definitely go back to try other services. I would highly recommend them for anything you find yourself in need of.

I’ve had 5 out of 6 laser hair removal sessions for my underarms here and I’m pleased to say that so far the results have been great! I saw results after my first session even. This is awesome because I’ve tried laser hair removal at a different establishment and saw almost no results, even after 9 sessions.
I had 2 different technicians at Serenity and had better results with Andrea. She was also more thorough, which is probably why. So I’ll probably stick with her for my future visits. I just purchased a large area laser hair removal package. I’ll write an update next year on how permanent my results are.

To provide some background, I had little hair to start with, or at least less than average. Prior to coming to Serenity I also was waxing for a long time, where a wax would last around a month or so and my skin never irritated from either hard or soft wax.
I was super nervous coming in because I’ve never had laser hair removal done and on places sensitive such as my face, I was nervous laser removal would leave a scar. I also have naturally tan skin, another factor that I believed made me a candidate for negative results.
The staff was very kind and helped ease my nervousness with facts, case stories, and careful preparation. The process hurts a bit. If you think about getting a tattoo, that’s kind of how it felt.
Riana performed my first procedure and she was great! Super nice and calm, helped ease the nervousness.
The results have been awesome. After my first treatment my hair was nearly all gone. After my second, the results were definitely not as dramatic, but I can still tell hair is slowly disappearing. Typically they recommend six treatments, but I imagine I will need less after how my results are going so far. Thanks so much Serenity I’ll be back for all laser hair removal needs!

I’ve gone in for 5 of the 6 laser hair removal treatments. This is important because I feel like most people write a review after their first appointment — but aren’t you wondering if the treatment lasts? Is this a PERMANENT solution?
The answer is no.
Serenity boasts that by doing the treatments 6 weeks apart it will «kill the root» and stop hair growth. Unfortunately this is not true. It DOES slow down hair growth — I could go a few weeks without shaving — but then it slowly and surely comes back full on. So do not go here hoping for permanent hair removal. It’s a fallacy.
Rest of the details:
LOCATION: very small office in Bellevue with about 4 parking spots. Weird waiting room with old white leather couches…
COST: I bought a Groupon for the 6 treatments and wouldn’t recommend doing it without a deal. My Groupon was $ 350 per section (6 sessions) and I purchased both legs and brazilian ($ 700 + tax total).
SERVICE: The blonde receptionist, who I’ve now learned is the assistant manager, is rather rude. I hated dealing with her — she always acts as if you’re an inconvenience to her day by walking in the door.
I did enjoy Rhiannon — she was careful and thorough and tried to ease pain as much as she could. However I only saw her once and am not sure she still works there.
If you cancel an appointment, even the day before as I did, you face a $ 100 fee. Wow. don’t get sick or have a fender bender on the way!

I’ve had 4 or 5 laser hair removal treatments on 3 different body parts so far. I like my technician and am comfortable with her. I’ve bought 2 packages on groupon and 2 others through the clinic based on the groupon pricing. The most affordable way to purchase laser hair removal in general is in packages. I’ve had no issues redeeming my initial groupon packages. They don’t push products or other treatments on me. The staff is nice, the outside building complex is old, but the inside facility is modern.
For reference I had laser hair removal 7 years ago and have had touch up treatments in different clinics, in different states over the years and this is by far my favorite clinic.
