This review is primarily for Signature’s Physical Therapist, Jeff VanderLinden, DPT. I’m home recovering from a complicated broken ankle, and was assigned to Signature for home health(PT&OT) upon hospital discharge. I feel fortunate that Jeff has been my PT. He’s highly skilled, seasoned & has a good sense of humor. I’ve learned a lot from him. Signature has forged a close working relationship with Bridge Disability Ministries– a wonderful organization that provides clean, used durable medical equipment(e.g. wheelchairs, bath benches etc) on a sliding scale to folks who need them. My initial OT, Diana, graciously picked up a needed piece of medical equipment at Bridge – for a donation that was certainly less than what I would have paid for new. After a few weeks, I began working with Pauline. Pauline has helped me a great deal with home accessibility issues. I like how she coaches & challenges me to go just a little further. I also want to mention Lisa Fifer, the OT supervisor who comes out periodically and reevaluates treatment needs. Lisa is intuitive, notices what needs to be done, and is highly skilled at assessing needs & problem-solving. Signature seems like a well-oiled machine, with exceptional professionals.
