I sold my timeshare to them years ago, it has been a pretty bad experience. The timeshare company continued to harass me for the maintenance fees for years afterward because Smartshare didn’t change title as they were supposed to do. Each time I had to contact this company to pay the fees so that I wouldn’t get sued for non-payment. Then they lost the paperwork. Mark called and left a message asking if I could resign the contract and said he would email it, but that he didn’t really know if had my email, then didn’t send it and didn’t leave a phone number. I never got anything in email, so I had to track them down once more and help them do their job. It was a great example of how NOT to do business.
