This is the worst Starbucks we have ever been to. We ordered 3 drinks and 3 breakfast sandwiches. It took over 30 minutes I wouldn’t leave this review however this has happened more than once. Only go to this Starbucks if you have a lot of time to spare and don’t care about service.

Came here on 12⁄18 mainly to buy a gift card for Secret Santa at work for a total stranger. A Starbucks gift card works for someone you don’t know! :) Went through the drive thru and also got a grande hot chocolate and a ham and swiss for me. The sandwich was tasteless, yet again. I don’t know why I bother ordering a hot breakfast sandwich from Starbucks. They taste like cardboard, regardless of the location. Save your money. The hot chocolate wasn’t stirred at all! Not happy. Huge glob of chocolate on the bottom of the cup that they didn’t bother to stir once. While waiting in my car, I heard a couple members of the staff being catty with each other. Come on. Food: 1 Service: 3

Is it so hard to follow the directions? Each time I ask not to toast my croissant(twice) they toast it. Ridiculous. I guess they don’t care about loosing customers.

I have definitely had better. The employees are friendly enough, but they are not that quick, and don’t do a good job of announcing drinks. My drink was ready for five minutes before I went up to ask what was taking so long. Why put my name on the cup if you aren’t going to use it?

I have never been to a Starbucks drive thru that was so painfully slow. The first time in the beginning of October I thought I would grab a quick drink before picking up my son at Preschool. I had 25 minutes and I was barely on time. Today 11÷12÷15 I picked my son up first and after giving my order which was repeated back to me incorrectly I tried to correct him and add a sandwich. He seemed to be rushing me along which I thought was a good sign but in 12 minutes they had only served 2 cars. I was in line for almost 18 minutes and there were only 5 cars in front of me. My drink order had not been corrected, I had to pay for my sandwich separately(at least he got it). But then even though my sandwich was right there he made me wait while he took another order before he handed it to me. At my regular Starbucks they would have given me my drink for free if I had to wait that long at the very least I would have gotten a free drink voucher. Unless you have a lot of email or text you need to send out before you get back on he road DONOT Go through this drive thru.

This is the slowest drive thru location I’ve ever been to. The baristas don’t listen to your order, and then you find yourself having to go back through for them to correct your order. What a waste of time!

It’s July 3rd, 2:45pm and whomever the current barista is(short brown hair, black glasses) — she’s a jackass! This place is convenient but most of the staff here are incredibly rude. Today, they decided to openly and loudly make fun of my drink choice and mocked me in public about it. For the record, my drink was a decaf Americano as I don’t do caffeine in the afternoon. My ordering decaf was reason for them to act like that? I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised but I still think it’s appalling behavior.

I’ve been getting food and coffee here for 4 years. a month ago my order was lost in the mix for the first time. a barista named ian fixed it immediately. like 3 weeks later I wasn’t paying attention and he brought my drink out as I was reading the paper, indicating he remembered me and this trivial error. obviously a totally unnecessary gesture, but let’s read about it on Unilocal

This Starbucks is super close to my school, so I come here often. Sadly, they just can’t seem to get the right amount of cream in my iced coffee… Literally every time, there’s either TOO much, or TOO little… I don’t get it! I’ve given them descriptions like, «I’d like an inch please!» or «I want it a very light caramel color,» but it never works. However, they are always very quick and very nice, so I can’t bring myself to give them below a three star.

Very poor service long lines gal at drive in a true blonde Diz over priced did not get my drink right. Waited 10minutes to get a cup of hot cocoa that I think the main milk was old the service was extremely poor and they are overpriced I would never go back to this location again and on top of that the lines are always long in the driveway.

This starbucks is always busy! Despite how busy they were, the barista was really nice and friendly, even had a bit of humor which brighten my day. We cant always be serious! I felt welcomed here and I loved it. There are definitely other starbucks I went to, and there are grumpies around! I choose to drive a bit further to come here than one thats closer to my work.

This is one of the larger Starbucks in the area, and although the facility is pretty nice, I do find that I get greeted less here than in any other Starbucks, of the same size or smaller, in the area. I suppose the door being further away than the counter is a downside to this location, but nonetheless, this is what I notice most. It’s just not as welcoming at this Starbucks. The outdoor seating is the best part of this location, as the outdoor seating is next to a smaller parking lot next to a smaller street than the one in Factoria area. It makes the ambiance a bit nicer. The other nice thing about this location is that it has a driver thru. Be warned though, the drive thru line starts at the entrance to the parking lot, so when it gets busy, you may be suck on the street.

If I could give negative stars I could. This Starbucks has constant issues with processing transactions. They have kept and lost my credit card and now for the last 3 weeks the receipt printer at the drive through has been broken and not repaired or replaced. This is an essential piece of equipment and should be replaced immediately. So if you want a receipt you have to wait until they print it out on the front cash register. Ridiculous. It is also the only Starbucks that doesn’t warm pastries unless you ask for it. If this Starbucks wasn’t the only one conveniently on my commute to work route I would never come back.

It is tough liking a chain as much as I like Starbucks, but it is a guilty pleasure. I would probably have a heart attack if I knew how much money I have spent there over the years… even with the 3 year boycott I was adamant about after Howard sold the Sonics. This review is for this specific location. I have never had a bad experience in the drive-thru, and that is the only way I pickup my Java. Honestly, I don’t do many fancy drinks, but when I have, they have come out correct. This location also has one of the order screens so you can see who you are ordering from. At first this creeped me out, but now I kind of enjoy it. You know they are paying attention to you and not whipping whatever they whip for someone else! Is Starbucks the best coffee in the world? No. Is Starbucks very good at delivering a consistent product wherever you go? Yes. That is the #1 reason McDonalds is so successful, and obviously Starbucks follows many of those business models. You won’t be disappointed at this location, but it does get busy. Also be warned, lots of cops hang out here, so drive slow going in and out of the parking lot, or you may fill a quota!

Leave it to the homestate of Starbucks to impress a tourist(and self-professed ‘Bucks junkie) with a beautifully-designed building and interior. Well, this chi-chi Bellevue Starbucks did just that for me. I needed a serious caffeine fix after a long night of wedding revelry during a road trip back over the water to downtown Seattle, and this Starbucks is very conveniently located off of the interstate exit. In fact, it even has an ample parking lot and a drive-thru; the only thing I would say to be aware of are the other patrons coming and going from the adjacent Burger King drive-thru, as the entrance/exit crosses the Starbucks drive-thru. The building itself is just pretty, inside and out. It fits the landscape and its environs perfectly. It’s a refreshing Starbucks experience, and the cashier who took my order, Bryon, was particularly friendly and congenial, and thanked me by name! My Grande iced coffee with one pump of simple syrup with room was delicious and fresh and not overrun with ice. There is some outdoor seating, and ample indoor seating. The flow from the line to the drink pickup area to the napkins/milk/sugar bar is well laid-out and I didn’t experience any bottle-necking, even though it was a busy morning here. Getting back on the highway is easy; just take a right out of the parking lot, and the two highway entrances are after the traffic light.

This is a nice location and one of my go-to spots to get work done. The employees are friendly, the fireplace is a nice touch, and seating is nice(if you can get it). The drive-thru is great too. Knocking my rating down to 3 stars for a couple reasons: (1) This location has relatively few tables and a shortage of power outlets near them. Like many Starbucks locations, it suffers from wi-fi squatters hogging the best seats and slowing down connection speeds. (2) The outdoor seating looks really nice but the sewer line runs right through it and there’s fast food next door so be prepared for alternating whiffs of sewage and fry grease. Add that to the traffic noise and it’s best to sit inside. Lately, when in South Bellevue, I’ve been favoring the new Kelsey Creek store and the Montlake store, the latter of the two having lots of seating and power.

Really disappointed. Just went in the drive-thru… Paid $ 15 for two chai lattes and two oatmeal cups. Left(didn’t realize until we were on the freeway) with two lattes and two oatmeal a missing some of the fixings. We paid almost $ 5 each for a drink and left with a $ 3 drink. Super disappointed. What’s the point of a drive-thru if you can’t get the right drink and have to go back?

Very inviting. Typical Starbucks but has lots of tables, plushy chairs and a fireplace… AND A DRIVE-THRU ANDANOUTDOORPATIO! I go here whenever I actually want to have a conversation. It’s not as much of a rushed place as Factoria locations.
