David was referred to me by my agent. He did 2 SFH pre-​inspections for me and was on time, friendly, professional, and explained the process in terms I could easily understand. I especially appreciated his «summary» at the end of the inspection where he would then help to prioritize any work that would be needed to be done in the future. Highly recommended.

We found David through a Google search, and we are so glad we did. His prices are very reasonable, he is thorough in his work and we had his very detailed report the morning after he did our inspection in the afternoon. Not only was he thorough in providing a list of repairs we needed to do on our house we were getting ready to sell, but he also made suggestions on cosmetic fixes we could do to enhance the livability of the house. Found Dave on Amazon Services. Dave responded within minutes, quoted me a very reasonable price over the phone (which I was able to pay by credit card), and took on very short notice a condo home inspection.
Dave was punctual and professional. He was very detailed, meticulous, organized, and diligent. The home inspection lasted a little over 1-​hr. Dave was very thorough and took the time to include me along his inspection. He shared his observations with me, good or bad.
Dave also delivered the home inspection report that same day, within less than 12 hours of conducting the home inspection. It was very detailed and I was able to use the report to get the seller to make renovations/​repairs before closing.
