Just had the worst experience at this Subway. I went in on a Thursday and asked what was the sandwich of the day? I can clearly read the sign, it read «Italian B.M.T.» He started saying something but I didn’t understand him so I asked again, «tell me about the sandwich of the day». At this point he gets mad and yells back, «What’s the matter, can’t you read the sign?» WOW, I replied… I was just asking what the fuck is a «B.M.T.» why do you have to be such a dickhead? He starter cursing at me and at that point I yelled back and left. Clearly the asshole behind the counter was having a bad day! I think you folks need to avoid this place. Go find your sandwich somewhere else.

The worst and most poorly run Subway I have ever been to. I spent a lot of money here and it steadily went downhill so I gave up on it. The last time I went I the veggies were so stale the sandwich was inedible. I think the last straw was when I wanted ice tea and they told me they didn’t want to make anymore that day. It was 1PM.

The staff here is slow so if you see a line buy lunch somewhere else. The food is the same as other subways, big difference between here and phx is that the cookies are soft because of the humidity which is fine.

The food at this location has always been good or the same but recently the staff has been much more courteous and pleasant. It is a nice change, I think there may be a new manager or owner who is really emphasizing the customer service aspect.

It’s a subway. The food is usually good. I just wish a had a clean place to sit and eat. Oh wait, I do, it’s just not inside this place. Always dirty visit and visit.

It’s Subway. You know what to expect. But this one gets 5 stars for being clean, having fresh food, and having super awesome staff. As good as it gets for a Subway!

Bummer. I am my a big subway fan anyway, but this one seems worse than usual. Location is good for me so I still hit it occasionally. Always regret it.
