I’ve loved this place for many, many years. The taco salads and tostada salads are my favorite, but the mexi fries, crispy burritos, and soft fish tacos are also great! This is our ‘go-​to’ restaurant when we need something fast, healthy, and satisfying!

No service anymore. I used to be able to order my taco with half the beef and sub extra cheese so I could enjoy it without so much grease. Now they want me to pay extra for cheese and give me half the beef. No interest in ever coming back. Tired of companies over charging.

Admittedly my favorite things about taco time don’t have to do with the food. Composing and real plates are cool and reduce waste. No long line, unlike the other fast pseudo-​mexican place nearby.
Food selection is nice — healthy salads to nachos. I find the food bland but consistent, cheap, fast, and healthy-​ish.

I was just at the downtown Bellevue Taco Time and ordered a soft taco lite with cilantro seasoning. To my surprise I bite into a hard metal object. After spitting it out it was a metal bolt washer. I went to the manger who quickly walked to the back of the kitchen and threw away the evidence asked for my order number and gave my money back. I asked to file a complaint and she said it would have to be sent to corporate sorry and walked away. People were so amazed at what happened they gave me their contact info for a witness list and asked if my tooth was chipped. I seems as if it is. I now have to get a dental appointment over a taco.

Since I live across the street, I find myself coming here often and usually in my jammies :) I think the beef hard shell and fish soft tacos are one heck of a deal and very tasty. I like to load them up with the complimentary salsa & jalapenos for that added spicy flavor. Taco Time makes for a great, delicious and reasonably-​priced meal when you’re looking for something fast.

Poor service. It took 15 minutes to get a soft taco and a burrito while people who came in after me received their food and left before mine was ready. Food was Taco Time quality.

my first time having taco time. the food is not spectacular, but it will somewhat satisfy your mexican cravings, but i say that lightly. the part of my experience i enjoyed is having the choice of many soft drinks with their touchscreen drink dispenser. found it interesting how they can rebrand tater tots as mexi-​fries, ha.

Fast, good basic Mexican food. Clean place. Good service. Nothing special but better the Taco Bell or Dell Taco. Best thing is the crushed ice they use in their drinks. I’m an ice fanatic and this franchise has it all worked out.

Went there last night around 8. The food was horrible. In general, I love taco time, but none do it was good. Pintos were like play dough. The tortilla on the casita burrito was like rubber. My husband ordered a $ 1.99 fish taco. We were charged $ 4.99 and there was hardly any fish. The sweet potato tots were cold and I don’t know what the corn chowder was supposed to be but it had a weird texture and after taste. That’s the good part of the review. Some guys obviously on drugs were hanging out right behind us. One kept going behind the soda machine which put them behind the counter. They were just standing around then went and stood around right outside the door. They were obviously messed up, if I had to guess, heroin. No one said anything to them. Thanks for the great food and safe environment. NOT!!! We will not go back.

Broken soda machine (I spend 2.50 on a large soda and then i I noticed the machine was broken so I asked for my money back buy they wouldn’t give me my money back!)

One of the places I make sure to seek when on the continent. I wish we still had them here in Hawaii.
I have very fond memories of it as a kid growing up. My favorite is and always will be their soft beef burrito. The crispy burrito is winnah too, and don’t get me started on the mexi fries!
They pride themselves on freshness, and their establishments have always been clean and well designed. Customer service has also always seemed to be an important trait of their franchising. I appreciate.

They don’t have ketchup packs! Cheap! I don’t want the unsealed ketchup that’s been sitting in the pump thing all day. The food is basic fast food.

It’s a good thing this Taco Time is on the larger side, because it’s total chaos inside. If you’re thinking about stopping in with a few colleagues for a quick meal during your lunch, plan on waiting. The line is usually double digit people deep with many of them loitering around the counter waiting to get their to go orders.
I’ll give them credit though, they do a good job getting through orders as fast as they can. They’re also surprisingly accurate, they’ve never messed up one of my orders, despite the chaotic environment. With downtown Bellevue having so few quick lunch options, Taco Time will continue to be busy.

Food comes out fast on the weekend, usually not very many people. A great option when Chipotle around the corner is packed.
They were nice and gave my sour cream instead of salsa for my nachos!
Standard food quality you would expect at any Taco Time. Awesome service!

My husband grew up here and loves Taco Time. I am a transplant and I have to say, not sure how tater tots (their «mexi-​fries») go with Mexican food but I do like ‘em tots so I’ll take it. I usually get the chicken soft taco light.
Only negative is one time, this is super gross — my husband had one of the soft tacos and he found a couple of hairs inside :(He had already eaten most of it and of course we couldn’t eat the rest. Disgusting…
