Tom helped my husband and I refinance our house recently and he was awesome to work with. Tom was in constant communication (via phone and email) and worked hard to answer all my questions throughout the process. His patience, knowledge and advocacy helped us throughout the whole process. Going through a loan process can be overwhelming and it’s hard to know if you’re making smart decisions. Tom helped us understand each step of the process in a way that we understood. Tom is both professional and personable and worked hard to get us a loan that worked for us. He certainly goes above and beyond what is expected of a mortgage broker! We highly recommend Tom!
