Always an exceptional experience.
Most recently I was at the store to return an online purchase. The friendly salesperson wanted to understand if anything was wrong with the items, then made sure to validate my parking and offer water. When I had been waiting a bit, the manager confirmed that my parking was validated and if I would like something to drink.
A beautiful store and great customer service!

had to order something for my gf for this year’s xmas. they pulled thru with what I wanted even if I had to push it back a week, they would hold if for me. shout out to their team for having great customer care on the phone. (I haven’t stopped by the store, just called in)
Update: they messed up the order so I didn’t get the wallet since the form wasn’t sent in properly or received .

On Sunday 10÷4÷15 I came into the Bellevue boutique to have my Amanda Hobo bag repaired. They had me fill out the appropriate form and informed me that it would take 2−3wks. Which is all well and good.
I writing to express my disappointment with the process of having my handbag repaired. Needless to say, getting a call from a random stranger telling me that she received my handbag by mistake, and would like to meet me in the evening at random malls in the Puget Sound area did not set well with me. (Note, they live in Bellingham, WA and stated that they would be willing to travel 2 hours to meet me.)
She not only claims to have my bag but now she has my home address and cellphone number. I have not only lost my purse but now my loyalty to this store and company.
She has sent me photos of my bag and the form I filled out.

This review is a few for a few weeks ago… I love Tory Burch and often shop the brand at Nordstroms downtown. I ventured across the Lake because I had to make a return to Neimans and saw the Tory Burch boutique and there was a new bucket bag I’d seen online and I really wanted it. When I asked to see the bag, they very nicely REFUSED saying it would mess up the display and that it was their only one! I laughed, walked out and ordered the bag on my phone. I’ve only been in that shopping center twice, but both times it was DEAD, so I would have thought they would have jumped to sell something, but maybe the display was more important. I give them two stars because they were nice about it. :) Tory Burch is lucky it wasn’t just an impulse buy although I probably would have purchased the shoes to go with it if I had spent more time… just saying…

The staff here is very nice. I got a pair of reva flats that were falling down in the back. Very uncomfortable. The lady there gave me some inserts to help with this problem. She explained that if your foot pushes forward too much the back is going to slide, so front inserts will help with that. She was very nice about it.
I love this store. There are occasional sales; personally the full retail prices are a bit out of my everyday reach though!

This boutique makes me swoon. It’s beautiful. The staff is so friendly, not snobby and very helpful. Especially, Vivian, who let me change my mind a ton of times and offered me her honest opinion. I have had a few par of Reva flats and they are worth every penny.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Here you’ll find the most up to date styles offered by Tory Burch including shoes, bags/​purses, clothing, and accessories. Not all the bags are displayed but they may have them in stock in the back, so be sure to ask! Comfy couches and a nice touch in offering a beverage to their patrons.

Friendly sales associates that treat you like a important clientele without the snobbiness. They have pretty good sales at times that you will find some awesome deals. I love everyday Tory Burch shoes, they are so comfy and stylish!

I’m just an observer shopper, but from that perspective this store provides an exceptional experience for the observer shopper. Normally, I’m ignored and have to just shadow around or wonder in circles. But, here they offered me a coffee and have some comfortable couches to lounge on and get pampered by the sales staff.

What a treat to find this store as I was apartment hunting!
The staff was amazing and so very kind to me as I popped in the other day!!! The team was very helpful and gave me some great ideas for things to do in my new hometown.
I would definitely recommend this store to anyone that was looking to indulge in fashion.
