U-Frame-It

Drew did an amazing job on framing 3 different prints for my baby’s room. It’s not the job itself that I’m most thankful for though! I had dropped off my prints (bought in the UK + limited editions) at the U-​frame it store in Kirkland a few months ago and then never heard back. Many many phone calls, a couple of drive-by’s and a couple of months later, I found out the store had shut. With my limited edition prints in there. I had already pre-​paid for the work (well that’s a lesson). The guy running the Kirkland office did not ones respond to any of my calls. The Seattle U-​Frame it directed me to the Factoria store and finally my call was answered! Drew located my stuff and although all U-frame-it’s are franchises and have no official (financial) relationship, he picked up the work and did not charge since he felt bad about the situation. When I asked him if I could give him a tip, he told me to rather pay it forward or send money to a good cause! Today I finally hang the pictures and could not be happier. Thanks so much for your beautiful and kind work Drew!

These guys rock !!! We delivered some pictures to one of their fellow franchise holders stores in Kirkland that unfortunately went out of business during the framing process. These guys proactively went up to the store to rescue and complete the stranded customers frames at NO CHARGE on their own dime and in their personal time. When I tried to pay them something in gratitude for what they did they refused and asked that I pay it forward ‘because it’s that time of year’ (Dec 16^th). We’ve made a charitable donation and want to get the word out about these incredible people. I encourage anyone who needs framing to go here — these guys deserve your business.

I had bought some inexpensive thrift-​shop frames for my two sons’ two college degrees, and needed some nice matting and glass to finish off the presentations. I went to U-​Frame-​It, asked if they could use the old frames and just provide me with glass and newly-​cut mats in the colors that I selected. No problem! Andrew, the proprietor, was there and he fixed me up in about 20 minutes! The prices were super, the smaller frame job only cost me $ 20. It was beautifully done, the materials were all high-​quality, the service was fast and efficient, and the proprietor was friendly and accommodating. He also gave me some good ideas. I would definitely recommend this business to a friend, or anyone seeking custom-​framing.

4.95 stars! Amazing customer service. I was looking at getting a couple of items matted (already had the frames) and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. I was originally given a three week timetable for completion, but I needed them much sooner as it turned out. I went in, explained the situation, and they had them done later that afternoon. It had been three DAYS since I dropped them off. Here’s the kicker, no additional charge for the rush job. I was beyond impressed. Pictures turned out beautiful, and I’ll be back for sure for all my framing needs.

Needed help with a frame I had purchased with a photo with a too thick backing. Helped fix the frame and it’s perfect

I have been in here since to convert a frame I bought in a thrift shop to include a photo I took. I used your great color sense to pick out the right matting. And you did the work. I was very pleased – what a great job they did, preserving most of the original framing and for a reasonable price. Once again, excellent work. Thanks, Drew!

Great staff here, I cannot say this enough. Walking in with an unclear idea of what I wanted. The staff employee walk my friends and I through different looks and help us stay with in our budget! I appericate that they real care about their customer walking away if a great product without the pressure to buy more that we cant afford

Amazing place. They do all of my company posters and artwork and they even deliver for me which is really convenient.

I had a canvas that wasn’t stretched and needed to be framed so of course I came to Unilocal and chose this place because it’s close to my house and it’s also local. I decided to only do the stretching and the staff was very helpful explaining about possible framing options and prices.
They did a very good job with the stretching of the canvas and I will be back here for sure to get it framed. When I checked in at this place through Unilocal it was a nice surprise to see they had a $ 30 off offer which made the purchase even better. I have nothing to compare their prices to but from what I heard about the big crafting chains this place definitely is a better deal.

Good prices and they will do the framing for you. Very helpful picking out the perfect frame and mat. I’m very happy with the frames and brought 2 more in to have done.
