Dr Wong and his staff are excellent. They are friendly and professional, do a great job working on our daughter’s orthodontia, are accommodating when braces break (as they often do with teens) and communicate the progress and status regularly and clearly. We’ll be bringing our other child to Dr. Wong when he’s ready.

Dr. Wallace Wong is probably everything you need in an orthodontic dr — professional, meticulous/​perfectionist (however you look at it!), fantastic bedside manner. He is also ready and receptive for any questions or concerns you may have during your treatment, and provide you a response to any queries you have. He was the third orthodontist I went to consult with during my early «shopping» phase, and upon leaving his office, I knew with my gut feeling that he’s the right doctor for me. I am still undergoing treatment with Dr. Wong, and I can say, so far so good!
During my initial phase of treatment, Barbara and Vicky were the key staff at the orthodontic office (they both recently retired). I would call them the dream team. I have never encountered another staff team that is so well-​trained, efficient and responsible in my life. I can pretty much leave everything to them (e.g., insurance matter), not worry about anything, and can expect to have a follow-​up call from them later on this with full clarification WITHOUT me chasing/​following up with them for an update. I cannot stress important this is for me, because as a working professional, frankly, I dont have time to deal with chasing after people for something (via email or phone call — after I have already sent the first, second email.) especially when I am the paying client/​patient!
However, recently, with them retiring, and a new team working at the office, I think there is some room for improvement when it comes to timely communications. I have noticed my emails are left unanswered for days/​weeks. I hope this is just a case of the new staff team needs to learn about on client relations — always respond to your patient whether is it by phone or email, within the day or a few days later so that they are not left hanging and forced to phone/​email call you again for an update — and still never getting one!
With that being said, that still doesnt detract me from giving them a 5 star review.

Complete with awesome old school video game machines, and always a contest to be won. I never thought having braces would be so fun!
I initially took my son here for an orthodontic consult but after evaluating him, Dr. Wong said we could wait and re-​assess in a year. It is so comforting to know that he doesn’t recommend treatment if it isn’t necessary. I decided to get braces to correct a few things and it’s been great!
Dr. Wong is so nice and he and his staff are amazing. I recommend him to anyone needing braces.

We’ve used Dr. Wong for all three of our children who have needed braces so far (one more to go!) and would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Every one of his employees is exemplary in every way and a pleasure to work with. Dr. Wong himself is wonderful and we’ve been 100% happy with the results. For our third child we shopped around for the exact same treatment here in Sammamish and it was nearly $ 1,000 more! Granted, their office was a little bit more fancy and they offer free t-​shirts with the orthodontist’s name on them, but believe me when I say that those things don’t matter and that Dr. Wong’s office is spotless and offers all the amenities that you need. They have a really cool full-​size video game to keep the kids busy while they’re waiting, but they get you in so quickly that it’s hardly neccessary to use it. Honestly, Dr. Wong, his office staff, and all of his assistants and technicians are awesome and they offer an amazing value for the exact same work you can get from any other orthodontist.

Dr. Wong and his staff are very knowledgable and professional; they do everything to make your visits and treatment as comfortable as possible. Dr. Wong is a perfectionist; my results were perfect. I highly recommend Dr. Wong!

I received a second opinion consultation with Dr. Wong. Although I did not receive treatment by him, I highly recommend him based on his conduct, knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care.
Most of my time is spent in California and so Washington is a little out of the way for me. However, I honestly felt cared for during the brief 30 min — 1 hr consultation. My initial ortho that caused me to even need to seek second opinion consultations was a nightmare, but Mr. Wong’s awesomeness had nothing to do with that comparison; Dr. Wong and his staff are thumbs up all by themselves.
For anyone considering orthodontic treatment in this area, they’re good people to trust. They are not after your money; they took pictures for my second opinion consultations and spent a lot of time talking to me– charged nothing. Did such a thorough job for something they did not even plan to charge me for. WOW, how great of them!
Had I gone through treatment with Dr. Wong, then I’d be able to rate based on treatment too. But since I haven’t, I’m not able to give him the full 5 stars. I don’t doubt he deserves it though.

I transferred to this area from DFW right in the middle of orthodontic care. The manufacturer of the brackets my previous doctor used gave me Dr. Wallace Wang’s contact information. I was very impressed by most of his staff as the majority will go do all that is possible to make you happy and comfortable. They have old school video games in the lobby for the pediatric patients or when those of us adults must bring our kiddos with us. Dr. !Wong is very kind hearted and a perfectionist which is good in his line of work. His office staff realized I had prepaid for braces in Texas and has completely out of there way to make sure I can continue to afford and get the care my crooked teeth so desperately beg for! Dr. Wong’s wife practices Pediatric Dentistry right next door in the exact same building. I plan to take my young daughters.
