We bought our home back in 2011. We initially started the loan process with Bank of America but after 2.5 months of getting the run around we dumped them! We were recommended to visit this Wells Fargo Home Loans branch and we had a completely different experience! Cindy helped us out greatly, the whole process took 1 month and was all set! There was an entire team working on our loan and everyone did their job perfectly. It was a very pleasant experience and we were SOOO thankful for them! We are a young family and this was our first home we purchased and were really anxious to move in. THANKYOUFORMAKINGOURDREAMCOMETRUE!

We had the exact opposite experience as reese. We were left in the dark and delay after delay occurred with our loan. One person telling us at wells that loan was approved while another saying it was take 3 more weeks and they weren’t sure. Horrible experience.

I did some shopping around on my own before I decided to get serious on a mortgage broker when purchasing my first home. Then on the recommendation of a friend, I called David and Brent Miller at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. After my initial contact, Brent(the son) was my dedicated loan specialist. Brent gives such attentive service and really explained in great detail what was going to happen with the loan process, step-by-step. I never felt in the dark, nor silly for asking any question I wanted clarified. He was most accessible on email, which was great for me; but when he or I needed to, we could most always reach each other on the phone without too much delay. His assistant Kate was also very responsive and communicative if/when Brent was unavailable. Wells Fargo’s prices were THEMOST competitive around; and the service was tops! I literally felt like I was the most important client Brent had. We were working last minute details before closing the night before at 10PM. Now THAT’S service I can Unilocal about from the mountain tops! Thank you Team Miller at Wells Fargo for making it happen.
