spare tire went missing, apathetic service at best.

Ernie towed my car from Artesia to Cypress. I was quoted a 45min wait but he arrived within 30min. He was friendly efficient and we were on our way in minutes. He even recommended a garage to take my car which was a «5-​star» one no less. A&F deserves more stars than they have!

A @ F left 3 girls with a broken down car on the side of the freeway in the heat. Only telling them to place a call to Triple A. They had Triple A card but the driver abandoned them and drove off.

3 weeks ago I bought a 2014 Subaru CrossTrek. I got a flat comming off the freeway yesterday. I called Subaru Roadside Service and waited 3.5 hours YES +3 hours for a tow. Do you believe it? Manufacturers now a days are making cars with no spare!!! Anyway the important thing I called the experts at AAA and they sent Mike from A&F Towing in less than 10 minutes! I love Mike. A great guy! Thanks Mike. And Thanks A&F Towing. Keep up the great work. Some of us recognize how important and GOOD you really are!

Got a flat tire on our GMC Van. The spare tire is underneath the car. Called AAA and they send us this mechanic from A&F Towing which didn’t seem like he knows what he’s doing. How unprofessional of him to use his cell phone as a flash light. You work for a towing company and you don’t have a flashlight?!?
Then he kept insisting that a long piece of tool was missing and it’s the only thing that can lowered the spare tire down from underneath the car. My father explained to him there are no other tools. The wrench that was needed was given to the mechanic. He didn’t know how to use it and after 15 minutes of arguing, and trying he said, the only thing that can be done right now was to tow it. But he was in a truck and didn’t have access of towing. He made a phone call and made us wait for another hour. Hungry and tired on a Sunday night, the TOW truck finally showed up. Got out of his truck and asked if we had a spare. We told him the story. He looked at the tools my father gave him, walked over to the back of the van and started working on lowering the spare with the tools. We were astonished! When he was done. We told him what happened and he said the guy before him was new and only been working for 6 months.
Why would A&F Towing send someone out that is not experience enough? We would of spent over $ 100 dollars for towing and we did inconvenience someone to come pick us up! Although the other mechanic saved the day, it was just unnecessary.

Accepted the towing job from AAA but wasn’t able to fulfill the work. Went to where the car is but only to say that they are busy and they can’t tow it right now but they can come back in an hour and a half to tow it. What’s up with that?
Why did they accept the job if they can’t do it.

I should have taken the hint when they «accidentally» hung up on me when I called to make my tow appointment. The fact that I made an appointment for the next day didnt seem to matter. 30 minutes after the scheduled time I called in and they told me 10 minutes max. 5 minutes later they called back and asked if I could wait another hour plus. NO!
Dont call these guys if youre on a schedule, they cant seem to figure our how appointments and time sensitive projects work.

Polite and ever so helpful Hanry towed my poor unbudge-​able car out of my driveway and into the hands of a new owner.
Towing a car with a flat front tire and a bent axle in the rear of the same side out of a person’s driveway is a challenging feat for any tow pro, but Hanry rose to the occasion. Thanks.
