Customer service can’t get any better. The office staff is so friendly and helpful. When I was first researching storage units, Vanessa was quick to reply my emails and generous with the details. She answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Then when I walked in to rent the unit, Kim was awesome. She has to have worked there for years because she sure does know her stuff. She went through the contracts/paperwork in full detail as well. I was lost at certain points but she had no problem repeating information for me. Both ladies are very friendly. I have not met Vanessa in person, but I must say I do enjoy smileys in emails. :) Kim was chatting it up during my paperwork session. There was a Tom Hanks movie filmed here! The name of the movie escapes me at the moment, but I’m sure you’d be able to google it. Storage units have easy access. Units are well lit. Clean facility. No critters crawling around or anything. Each unit lit from inside, and with optional electrical connections. You have the option to store stuff that needs to be plugged in(extra $ 25 per month). You also have the option to add 24 hour access to your unit(extra $ 55 per month). General contract allows for access between 6am and 8pm all 7 days. That’s plenty time. They send email reminders about payment due dates(roughly a week notice). There is a 10 day grace period for payment just in case mail is slow or whatever.
