The worst big lots I’ve ever been to. Prices are always wrong, they have old promotions posted after their expiration date and get mad when you want a price override. They will never get another dime of my money until they take customer service as apart of their job. A new staff would be a great idea.

This store is nothing special. It seems a little unorganized. The fans which are a HOT item in the summer was all the way towards the back of the store. I didn’t understand that. They did have some awesome clearance items at the front register.

I am trying to purchase a love seat and I finally saw an associate whom looked a bit old for the heavy lifting this dept requires. I told her the style I was interested and about ten minutes have passed by and I have not seen her. Last I saw her she walked to the front not sure if they called her up there or what. Wondering if I am going to get assistance today…

Ok store, but there’s weird odor that greets you as soon as you walk in… kind of a water-​damage, rotting wood funk. I prefer the Cerritos store.

O.k. here we go it has been a long time. But have never given up on this place. Loved it even when it was pic&save. So I stopped in to try to find some umbrellas for work the lunch tables. Had a large selection big ones that take the sand or water in the base. To the small ones that you take to the beach. Unfortunately no medium ones that would go through the tables tops. But none the less had all the cool stuff they always have had bad luck or the pocket book.

I like this store. It’s never very busy or crowded, however it gets only 4 stars because there is usually only one cashier open and the line starts to get long pretty fast. Other than that it’s very clean and well organized.
