Fantastic Grill

I love this place. I’ve been coming here a few times a month since I moved here 2 years ago. Food is good, cheap and fast. I usually get the breakfast specials, lots of food for a good price, but their burgers are tasty too. The staff is super friendly and the food gets to you fast. Also they usually have sports playing on their tvs, and the music is good. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded, but I’ve never had to wait to be seated. Also, you should tip because they bring food to your table. Sorry that’s coming from a guy who used to work in a restaurant like this.

Love this place! Bomb ass burgers, place is really clean, price is good and you get a lot of food! And of course, they have pretty girls that work there no out of shape ass girls like at tams lol. Food is really good tho. Would recommend this place.

If I could give a 0 star I would! I ordered the kids meal (pan cakes, Bacon and fruit) for my daughter, a cheese Burger combo and a hamburger combo and it was disgusting. The pancake was flat and tasted like spoiled flour/​bread. The fruit was dried and they gave me the pineapple slice that’s not edible (center). The burgers were soggy and fries under cooked. My husband ordered lemonade and it tasted like water he asked for it to be replaced by horchata and that as well tasted like it’s been sitting in their machine for decades. Worst of all they’re expensive and their food is garbage. I have no problem spending money on good quality food but when they give you crap it’s pretty frustrating. Save yourself money and time don’t eat there.

i saw a big dead cockroach on the floor and a ton of little flys on the yellow peppers. ill never go there again!

My brother found this place like 2 years ago. We’ve been coming here for breakfast since then every once in a while.
The food is great, I definitely recommend this place.

Very disappointed with service tonight chicken kabobs was rubbery and then ask for chicken plate and got beef when I don’t eat beef so my food night was bad only thing was good was my strawberry shake

Great customer service. Food is very delicious, perfect portions, and fresh. Highly recommend this mom and pop burger place.

Prices keep going up, service keeps going down. Every mexican there doesn’t know customer service. I will never give them my hard earned money again. AND YOU SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE YOUR MONEY IS APPRECIATED. Not only were these people rude, gave us the wrong food on purpose and disrespected my elderly father. I hope they close down soon.

So I called my order in so when I got there I just paid and was waiting for my food. About 10 minutes later they realized my order had already been ready probably since the moment I walked in the door. Then I drive all the way home only to find out that they didn’t even give me my fries or tortillas that I paid for. Worse service ever, i would give them 0 stars if I could

This place is awesome! Their customer service is good and quick! I always like to get the bacon and egg breakfast or the pastrami sandwich combo. Their burgers and fries are also really great! I have been coming for awhile now and have never had any complaints.

This place is awesome great food quick and fast and convenient, but some of cashiers or not to happy or smile just have a blank stare on his face, but there are at least 2 or 3 cashiers are awesome very friendly and nice. I wish I knew their names of the one who are customer friendly.

Fantastic is always a place to come for burgers… but the one in Cerritos is a more pleasant place to eat in. they have a collage of pictures that are always fun to look at… but overall every fantastic restaurant is a five so far.

Like a few other reviewers, I too, have issues with the evening workers. The thing I don’t get is… if I am polite and respectful towards you, reciprocate it. Especially if you are behind the counter. If I’m not sure about it, don’t give me your stupid look but instead just suggest what you know. Clearly the one, that always wears red lipstick has hearing problems cause she’s always saying with attitude, «what?» Homegirl, calm your tits. When you bring the plate of food, I don’t expect much, but at least don’t turn your back while telling me my steak is on the other plate. When we say thank you, pls say you’re welcome or something.
Anyways, I like the deals and food at this place. (Actually don’t get your steak medium rare, it’s just… not right), it’s really thin and texture is off. Can’t expect much if steak is $ 4 as just a side not a meal. Their soup is pretty good. So is their breakfast. Oh yeah, bfast is served all day. Yumm. Oh their patty melt is pretty good too. They give shitload of food, say a pork chop dinner would come with side salad, onion rings, fries, fried zucchini, your moms homemade tamales (jk) but seriously lot of fooooooddddd. You’d die.

LOVE the chicken dinner from here, the workers are always so nice, and I will defiantly be coming back. Very clean too!

Pretty good burgers and fries. Only paid $ 6.64 for a single burger combo. I did see the BLT for under $ 4. I prefer this than the Fantastic Burger on Cherry because of the price. I paid $ 7.78 for a BLT there. Rip off.

I come here so often that the people here know me, though I haven’t swapped names, LOL. It’s one of my favorite places. I just have to say that I love the food and the service. What’s not to love? Then today they bright me my steak sandwich with fruit nicely arranged all around. It’s details like that that makes me a happy and frequent customer.

I have only had breakfast there and the food is delicious but the staff is sooooooo Rude it’s ridiculous. The casher was a total bitch giving me a nasty look as I was ordering. Not going back for a while.

Great food but customer service is not the best.
The girls working there are rude and pretty much throw the plates on your table. Last time I went they gave me dirty utensils. It’s sad to have a restaurant with great delicious food but the staff give it a bad reputation.

Always a great quick spot to get a yummy breakfast!
