don’t get a rental from here!
they’re a hole in the wall place with no customer service. the older man that helps you with the rental doesn’t know how use modern technology. they charge you upfront for the rental even after they told us on the phone that they didn’t.
after waiting an hour for him to process the paperwork they gave us a 03 toyota matrix it’s tags were due this month, there were so many problems with the interior/​exterior we felt like we needed 2 pages to mark down. the check engine light came on when we go on the freeway & they gave us the car with only 1⁄8 of a tank of gas.
the guy kept going behind the door to the office to talk to his manager, he didn’t know how to run a credit card! if i wasn’t in such bad need of a rental i’d have gone to enterprise

I called to ask for a quote on weekly rental and the guy that answered was rude! Slammed the phone when i told him thank you for his help. I guess he didn’t like that i was just calling to get a quote instead of renting a car. Will definitely cross this place off my list, i don’t recommend anyone going here!
