IDC Embroidery

Aside from the lack of professionalism, these guys are not to be taken seriously. I’ve been to the shop a few times and everything is a mess.
The «owner» wasn’t even there. When I went to pick up my order, they hadn’t even written an invoice. Let alone knew which order was mine. To top it off, the quality of the embroidery was so terrible, and they tried to make me pay full price for it. Then proceeded to make up excuses over the phone (not in person) as to why the embroidery was so bad. Never once trying to make it right, or let me know they couldn’t do the work properly. Instead they ruined a whole batch of hats. After I tried to reason with said business owner, he became to get really unprofessional over the phone with his tone of voice. I would not go back. Save yourself the hassle and find another spot to get your work done. These guys are too busy for you and don’t seem to care about the quality of their work. They just want your money.

The most unprofessional and dishonest business I have ever dealt with. They will reel you in with empty promises and never follow through. Their Instagram is filled with a bunch of bs fake orders. When they don’t follow through with the deadline (which is an industry standard) they will lie and say they never said that. This happened to me 4 different times till I finally made the smart move and take my business elsewhere. When I told him I wanted to take my business elsewhere he said I couldn’t get my deposit back so we called the cops and I was able to get a portion of my deposit back. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Save yourself the trouble !

Well I can’t say enough GOOD things about this company. Jose took care of us from beginning to the end. He promised my daughter letterman jacket in a month and i received it exactly a month from ordering! Nice family oriented company! Great Prices… not overly priced. Great work! Even after being told to go some where else I glad I followed my mind and went with this company… Keep up the good work! Thanks again Jose!

Had some work done business matters they did a great job there work was good there service was excellent

Ok. Just ordered my daughters jacket. I want to give a preview. With a follow up once I get the jacket ;). This place took time to find out what we wanted on the jacket. Made great suggestions on what they can do.

I asked to get my goddaughter baptism blanket done with a bible passage and her name. I asked on Thursday if I could have it done by Friday night. They said yes. They asked me to write down the passage and to text them as well. I have to admit my handwriting is not the best but it’s a very popular Bible passage, «baptize In the name of the Father son and holy spirit». They told me they would call me with a price and a pick up time. They didn’t call so I called at around 430. The guy quoted me a great price and told me to pick it up at 430. I went a little early like 4, they said that the guy had an emergency and would be back later to finish it. I said ok when is best to come by he said 515. I came at 515 and they had just started the blanket, so I waited there till 545 and I snuck a peek at it. It was about halfway done and I realized that they had misspelled baptize. I told they guy like look it’s misspelled. He said he would fix it but it wouldn’t be done till Monday I said I needed it for tomorrow sat cuz it was for a baptism. He said ok ill call you when it’s done. He said normally their open on Sat but they have a family event and that he would try to come In early to have it done. I called late that night to find out what time to pick it up and no answer on any of the phone numbers. Saturday rolled past no response, Monday I called he said thier finishing it up and it would be done at 5pm. I said ok what time do you open tomorrow (Tuesday) he said 8 am I said ok ill be there at 830. It’s now 850 and I’m waiting outside. I’m a very understanding person, and I get there were issues. But I just don’t think it was very unprofessional and if they couldn’t do it on time, I feel they could have let me know. I could have found someone else to get it done on time. I’ll update when I see it.

I really appreciate Jose and Julio at IDC Embroidery. They make the embroidery experience very easy. This is the 2^nd time I have had them embroider some work shirts for me. Both times they delivered excellently. No service provider is perfect. It is how they problems when they do occur that separates the best from the good. I did experience one problem with a stain of unknown origin but they solved even beyond my expectations. They got the shirts dry-​cleaned and had them ready for me within a day. I wear the shirts to work and everybody admires the work. Thank you Jose and Julio for both jobs well done.

Thank you Julio for the quick turn around on the Jersey for my Girl. It was the perfect gift. You had some great ideas on the font and the coloring. I will definetly return to you in the future and send anyone I know to you for Embroidery.
