Very poor communication and customer service. Couldn’t comment on the work they do because after 2 months, they still didn’t get me in… I ended up contacting Nulook Collision in canandaigua and they were able to get me in immediately.

Quality of work is outstanding! I’ve taken my cars to various body shops over the years and always seem to find imperfections or overlooked details with the paint and body. My car needed some body work and fresh paint after some parking lot damage and JB Collision delivered! My door and fender are now perfectly smooth and the paint was properly color sanded and buffed to a mirror like finish. The owner and staff and nice people take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for quality work at fair prices JB Collision is the place!

Best shop in town!!! Customer service is outstanding. They get things done the right way the first time around. I was able to get my car back sooner than I thought.
