These guys did a good job on my Metropcs service. They switch my service less than 10 minutes with no activation fee. Will definitely come back.

Since metro pcs customer service nor corporate headquarters could nor would help me at all with this fraudulent issue I feel I need to leave this here for ALL to see. Was sold a metropcs samsung galaxy light phone for $ 50. Good price, & was upsold on the monthly insurance. I’ve been paying no problem & now 6 months later her I am, phone broke & insurance tells me the deductible is the exact same amount as the phone $ 50. Terrible business ethics & knowingly as well. Id call it theft. Plain & simple. 3rd party insurance has no bearing on the situation & they say the $ 50 is a set deductible so Metro had to know. Thanks for nothing Metro. ;) 2 Customer service agents(whom I could not understand very well) & the METROPCS supervisor literally said, «let us just transfer you back to the insurance co». ??? Uh Duh, I kept trying to explain that the insurance co was not the issue. They are only a 3rd party & have nothing to do with METRO’s thieving practices. Hello CS??? I left a message at Corporate Headquarters but the actual fraud & ethics line has been disconnected there, LMFAO! If that does speak volumes I don’t know what does.
