I have been going here for a few years to do my oil change and work to my car I always deal with Chris he is such a nice person very professional and does not make me wait that long for my car to be ready and great prices.

This place is great to have an oil change done or any repair. I like the fact that the owner will explain things to you and show you where any issues might be. The time they take to explain things is why I will always go out of my way to visit this location.

Worst place ever, they ruined my car. Tore the electrical system apart. Caused me debt and the owners have a smart ass mouth, just putting it out there. Go there at your own risk, I warn you though.

My ex-​wife asked me to do her a favor and pick up her truck. Me and my son walked in, I guess his name was Steve. He said oh you must be the ex and the son! Wtf!!! When I tried to pay her bill, he stated oh she’s coming tomorrow to pay it. He said I like her I don’t know you! Wtf? Your lucky I’m not trying to go to jail today! You need to watch your words because you don’t know me either. Not professional !!!

I come here for all my car’s needs the service here is excellent !!! these guys know what theyre doin and always provide the best customer service. Steve is the man!!! he goes above and beyond to make sure u are satisfied if u are looking to get honest, quality, service check these guys out.

I am very happy with my service from Steve. He fixed my car right away and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Let’s face it, it is very hard to find an honest mechanic these days. He replaced my struts and changed by breaks. It was so much cheaper than the dealer. I am very happy.

I called and went in for an oil change and front and rear break job on my ML. on my lunch time.
I spoke with Steve and i got a quote over the phone, price was reasonable, much cheaper then the Dealer. I dropped off the car. they gave me a ride back to work and pick up later in the day. Everything was done. It was quick and easy. i hate waiting, it was good to drop off the car and come back and pick up. Seemed like they were Knowledgeable and good with service and time.
Which means I would go back in the future. I just expect good service with reasonable prices.

Look for Chris he is a manager here and he has a great attitude about dealing with customer. I had a quote for my car and he was very polite and professional with his work. Great job but the only downside is restroom dirty

Horrible experience! I came here to get my car diagnosed, was having surging problems. The manager was cool, He quoted me $ 50, a good price. 3 hours later he tells me they were unable to diagnose it and will need 1 more day and $ 150 bucks, no charge for today. hmm…okay we scheduled for Monday morning. I jump in my car and when i put it into drive it makes a loud noise and jumps, like the trannys going out. I ask the manager whats up with that? he says let me ask the mechanic… comes back and says its your motor mounts. I said it wasn’t doing that before. He said «you probably didn’t notice it, you have to pay attention» what a d**k, but what am I gonna do, I know what I wanted to do, but cant do that. My car still jumps every time i shift gears and now I noticed the temperature gauge doesn’t work. I’m assuming they f**ked up my sensors but who knows, he was very vague on the details. Needless to say their probably good at oil changes but as far as real mechanic work, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

They really don’t take the time to actually see what is wrong with the car everything is rushed and overpriced.

I am very pleased with the work that the mechanics did. Everyone was friendly and nice. The work was done in no time and I had no problems after it.

I found the staff extremely helpful and did great work on my car. They took care of all my needs in a timely manner and with great price!

This place is a joke! I’ve been here a few times b4. I’ve printed out my coupon and presented it. With tax the oil change came out to 15 bucks. This they tried to charge me 21 + tax! I explained to him that this is not my first time coming here and, that I never paid more than 15 bucks for my oil change here. He got angry and said, «This is the best deal I could give you take it or leave it.» I hesitated but agreed since I was pressed for time and I need my oil change done asap. Since my car is a stick shift and they failed to put the parking brake on, or put it in gear when they parked my vehicle. My car rolled on out the shop on neutral. I got pretty upset when I saw this. I ask to speak to the owner, to my amazement he was the owner. He try to downplay it saying that that’s how they take out all their cars. Then ask me to leave. This is not the first time I heard complaints from this place. On other occasions when I got to the my old changed I heard customers complain about their work ethic and reliability. But being naïve I gave them the benefit of doubt and said, «What could go wrong it’s only a oil change.» WELL SURPRISE! !! People please take my advice stay clear from this place. THEY MIGHT NOT GET U ONE THE FIRST TRIP OR THE SECOND BUT BE SURE THEY WILL GET U!!! Btw the owners name is Steve. Lets just say Purrfect auto isn’t so Perfect!!!

In the history of my three cars, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a worse mechanic. No, wait, I take that back. Pep Boys broke my headlight mount.
But, the prices are horrible. The service is worse. Avoid at all costs if you can. I’ve never had a good experience with them in 10 years and 3 cars.

After my visit today, I need more than 5 stars to rate this business. It was a simple oil change. Ive always respected and appreciated the mechanical service I’ve gotten from this place. This is my preferred mechanic for the past 3 years or so (since I moved to the area). After today, I must speak about the stellar customer service by Andy. He’s always up at the front counter every time I stop by. He’s not too much of a chit chatter, but he’s nice enough, knows his stuff, and does his job well. Today he had one of the most ignorant customers ever. I witnessed the entire conversation between him and the Honda oil change customer and he kept his cool a lot better than I would have been able to. She accused him of being rude and unprofessional. Yet she would ask him a question… he would start to reply, and she would interrupt him yelling back some sort of obscenity or something. You know what started the whole thing? She didn’t have a coupon, so she was paying 3 bucks or so more than what she paid on her previous oil change there. So now she wants him to explain line by line what the charges are. And when he explains them, the retard still doesn’t understand and gets all passive aggressive with him. «Oh, its different this time, so you guys must have been doing things wrong all the other times I’ve come here». No dip shit, prices do go up sometimes??? Inflation accounts for price hikes. And they are allowed to charge you regular price if you don’t have a freakin coupon. And another thing… you are going to argue over $ 3? Really? For the freakin awesome service (mechanical & customer), they are charging waaaaay under what they should. As a matter of fact, they should charge some sort of «convenience» fee for dealing with people like you. Its a convenience for them to service your car instead of turning you away. I’m female and I hear stories of mechanics who try to pull a fast one on girls, but I never feel that way with them. In fact, I’ve been there a couple times for some services, but they end up telling me I don’t need them. Just today I asked for a tire rotation but was told it was not necessary. Yay. Anyway… way to go, Andy. Kudos on your patience with that stupid lady in the pink shirt with the honda that walked in with the dog on the leash. LOL. If I was you, I would have totally pissed in her cup holders.

I’ve been getting oil changes here regularly here, but had a oil leak that needed fixing. What started out at around $ 400, ended up being around $ 1200 plus a car rental. But I guess at 175,000 miles i needed it, because my car runs great now!

I wouldn’t say «purrfect» auto service, but they certainly do their best to make getting repairs and other services required as quick and pain-​free as possible. Came in for their express oil and filter change and left with additional unplanned services… Ain’t that always the case though? Sigh.
An express (20 – 30 minutes) oil and filter change was $ 12 (with the local PennySaver coupon). I thought I was getting a tight ass bargain until a $ 5 waste fee was tacked on top. Should have known the $ 12 price tag was too good to be true.
On top of my oil change, I was given the usual mechanic schpiel of their «highly recommended» services… transmission fluid drain and refill, air filter change, yadda yadda. the usual. I politely declined. 5 minutes later, he came back with an impressive sales tactic of mentioning that I shouldn’t be alarmed but if I didn’t fix my wheel bearing it could become a potentially dangerous scenario. Not wanting to run the risk of being in an accident again, I bit the bullet and paid dearly for it.
+3 stars for service and price.
+1 star for offering to drop me off somewhere and picking me back up later.

BEWARE! DO NOT GO HERE!!! this location will LIE CHEAT AND STEAL. COMPLETELY DISHONEST!!! they will try to take you at any chance they get. go to another locaction save the trouble and the mistakes that they will make.
