Rogers Window

This place cuts out the middle-​man! If you are a diy-​er or have an installer, Roger’s will save you a lot of $$ on windows. Their turn-​around is about a week. For those who have to call Roger’s to come out and measure your windows, you have no business posting a review; learn how to measure, call them and give them your measurements and they’ll give you a price within 5 minutes, I promise. Roger’s focuses on making what you want/​need. If you don’t know what you have and/​or what you want, go to lowe’s or home depot, pay the big bucks and I’m SURE they’ll come out and measure for you. Roger’s makes all kinds of windows, sliding doors and screens. Their prices beat all competitors for what I needed by at least 25%.

I found this place through my dad. We wanted to get all our windows replaced and we found 3 at Home Depot. For the other 2 windows we were unable to find the exact size we needed. We went to this place and they said they would be able to make the window the size we need and they made them look exactly like the other ones we bought. This was awesome because not only was the price very reasonable, but the windows were finished in a very reasonable time. I would definitely use this place again.

We called them about a shattered glass door and they said they would come to the house and measure it. Guess what? We waited all day and they didn’t come. No courtesy call to say they couldn’t make it either. Called them again and they said they’ll come the next day. Did they? Nope. My mom called and asked them what was going on and what they needed to measure because WE MEASURED IT OURSELVES. After THREE DAYS they finally came to measure our door… and that’s it they measured it and left without quoting us a price or telling us what was going to happen next. And we NEVER got a call from them after.EVER.
What kind of crap service is this? To be honest if their customer service is this horrible then I bet their work is just the same too. So I’d say we got lucky.
