my first time eating round table ordered online pizza was ready on time but they didnt have any bread twist said they didnt have the seasoning ok then i get home and my pizza is soaked in grease

Absolutely the worst pizza experience! Manager is a jerk! The people who work ther are too busy talking to do their job! Awful ! Been a customer for 6 years… Order pizza twice a month or more… And the manger didn’t even want to listen to my problem. He even shushed me… Really? We Will never be back!!!

i ordered a pizza at 10:30 am and at 11:00 am I received a call from the owner telling me that they do not deliver until after 4pm, what kind of garbage is that, this owner always has an excuse at to why your order is late or why they did not correctly get all the items out to you, when you call to complain they tell you next time they will give you a $ 5 discount as apposed to correcting the order they way it was supposed to be, I think we should boycott this location and let them go out of business if thats the type of service we are going to get, I mean come on this is an AMERICAN business and lets get back to real service for the customers.

I had dinner with my friend and there was elderly man, with the Dodgers jersey wouldn’t leave us alone… He told me stuff saying I’m sorry for boring you with my conversation … I just wanted to eat and watch the game and my own privacy with my friend, I know his intentions are good but when we left the little food that was there I felt judged by him telling us y didn’t we take the food in a box… I couldn’t enjoy my meal couldn’t enjoy my beer or the game, who ever that man is you guys outta tell him to stop bothering customers… But the food is good…

If I could give negative stars I would. We payed almost 60 $ for our entire meal. We bought a salad bar and when we went to the salad bar for the second time the owner was so rude and yelled at my dad that he can only go to the salad bar once. That’s ridiculous. Pay all that money for a one time salad bar!!! Rude and ridiculous. My family will never return.

I have always loved this Round Table pizza and I am not griping about the taste or quality… The reason they are getting 3 stars… Their prices. They are pretty steep for the amount of food you get. Their salad bar is really limited, the plates are small and you only get one trip for $ 5.99. They allowed a customer to commandeer the remote control while we were all trying to watch the game. We all thought that was pretty tacky. The customer kept changing channels during the game. Not cool.

Went to this round table location on Bellflower on 11÷3÷2015 around 8pm. I place my order and waited. Upon receiving my order once I got home I realize I was giving the complete wrong order. I called round table and the girl that answer the phone said she was the manager I explain to her that I was giving the wrong order. She said that the driver had taken my order to someone else’s house and given me another customers order. She then went on to explain that she would wait for the driver to get back to round table with my order and then take the order they gave me to the other customer witch I think is wrong because I don’t want my pizza that has been in another person house giving to me then they were just going to switch the order witch im sure by this point not only is the pizza would of been cold but I think is nasty that you would just switch the orders knowing the pizza has already been in another customers house. So she send the driver to go get my order at the other customers house then ask me to take the wrong order they gave me to round table so they can take it to the other customer who has my order this is gross. I told her that why do I have to take the order why can she send the driver to pick it up she said they will charge me 3 dollars to deliver my order and to give back the wrong one they gave me. I told her why do I have to pay a delivery charge when they are the ones that made a mistake. The manager by the name of Cristal did’nt even apologize, so at this point I was upset I told her I would just take the wrong order and get my money back. When I went to drop off the order she gave me my money back in a really rude way and with an attitude. I think for a manager position she lacks professionalism and customer service. This place doesn’t know how to take care of their customers and own up to their mistakes. I am definitely never going back here and don’t recommend it.

I love this place. I come here to lunch with my coworkers often and we all love it here. Mike is awesome, John is super cool and great as well, and the food and salad bar are always on point. Keep up the great work, guys!

I love Round Table pizza, and have been coming to this location for years. However, they have lost my business going forward. Two major issues:
1) The lighting. The light bulbs were recently changed, and now omit a migraine inducing super white color temperature with a noticeable flicker. A horrible change, no matter the intent. Who wants to sit under this?
2)The regulars. There are always the same guys sitting in the restaurant watching sporting events. I think they may be associated with the owner. I don’t mind the loud environment, but DO NOT SWEAR while my family is in earshot. My kids should not have to listen to your filth. I place responsibility for this squarely upon ownership. You know who these guys are. Fix their behavior or you will lose more business as a result.

Got to give it a 3 stars, because I was there with the Family and these old guys kept talking dirty to each other, so we had to speed up the eating process. Tip next time sit away from old farts.

I come to this round table all the time. I grew up having round table in Sacramento, CA and when I moved to LA there was never none in my area. Now that I’m always in Downey I finally found a so cal location (and still taste the same), I always make sure to have a pizza from round table. Don’t forget they have the BEST garlic bread sticks I’ve ever had. LOVVEEEE THIS PLACE.

Ordered the personal pizza which looked like the dough had been sitting out for days, it didn’t brown even when the waitress put it back under the oven. she even offered to make me a new one. Which of course I was hesitant because it looks like one of those places where they put foreign particles if the employee feels you’re being too demanding. Loud and busy during the baseball season but otherwise, very slow with regulars.

So we got a mailer: Mondays and Tuesdays they have a large pizza one topping deal for $ 11.99, they have the audacity to call it «family night special», we arrived at about 7pm and it was more like irritating-​loud-​ass-​drunkards-​night-​special, bunch of old guys laughing it up, cussing while watching the angels game tonight, no families in sight, it felt more like a dive bar, than a well respected pizza chain, i can see why the place was damn near empty…
we placed our order, got the 11.99 pan pizza, with one topping, pepparoni, 6 bbq wings, and 2 drinks, cost: $ 22
not sure if it was just me upset at the horrible atmosphere, (ie: old furniture, old men, broken video games, no AC, slow ceiling fans, unfriendly staff,) or if the pizza really just tasted that bad.
i had 2 slices and i was done, greasy, salty, pepperoni tasted weird.
bbq wings were good, drinks good.
this location needs to be seriously remodeled/​upgraded, Or better yet, shut down already!!!
This «pizza special» was no better than a $ 5 Lil Cesar’s hot n’ ready
save your cash, avoid this location. your family will thank you.

Pros: The table we sat at was clean.
The salad bar area was clean.
The pizza was good. (we got a combination /​supreme)
Cons: The girl that took our order was unfriendly and just stared at us.
There was a girl behind her in the kitchen that was also staring at us… It was weird.
The large combination pizza we got cost $ 23! :0
I got a salad from the salad bar and they gave me me a tiny tray to get the salad on and when I got there they had a sign saying that I was only allowed one trip to the salad bar! I barely could fit a small side salad on there without salad falling off. It cost $ 6! :0
We most likely will not go back.
Tip: Mondays and Tuesdays they have a large pizza one topping deal for $ 11.99. That is the only time is go back! And don’t get the salad bar, it’s not worth it!

This is the worst place to go for pizza. The pizza is soso and the customer service is terrible. You can get 3 similar pizza’s at Pizza Hut for the same price.
They gave us pizza that was not cooked properly. When called to complain they said to call the next day and talk with owner instead of taking our info and have the owner call. It took a week for us to get hold of the owner. The owner kept arguing that it was the white sauce and not the uncocked dough even after we sent him the picture.
The pizza is expensive and has nothing special. The garlic chicken pizza has few pieces of chicken.

I was craving the pizza here. It was Sunday afternoon.
I was lured by a sign outside that claimed 10.99 for a large 1 topping pizza.
I tried ordering that and the cashier said ‘Sorry that’s only Mon & Tues’
Damn. Ok I’ll take a lunch special. ‘Sorry that’s only Mon-​Fri’
And I looked at her and just kinda said ‘Well this place sucks’
At this point I didn’t care I just ordered a large one-​topping pizza and 2 drinks. $ 20.
I told myself: This better be a great-​tasting pizza if I’m forking over this kinda dough (no pun intended).
I’m not cheap. I waste my money on stupid things and I don’t bitch and moan when I spend more than I should at a restaurant if the food was good.
But I honestly should have just gone to little Caesar’s and saved $ 15.
Also, it was Sunday. Football season. Why in holy hell would you have NASCAR on?
I didn’t bother asking them to change the channel. Just going to avoid this pizza establishment from now on.

Good pizza :) All the ingredients were fresh and they had it ready fast, good experience overall. Cashier was friendly too. :)

I forgot how good pizza was supposed to taste until I went here. Dam the pizza and wings are killer awesome. I get it delivered now because I eat so much I don’t wajt to move after. A must if you like great pizza and wings. Everything on the menu is good, and I mean GOOD!!!

When I’m craving pizza, this is my favorite chain pizza place. This location has plenty of parking and their dining area is kept clean. They have a small salad bar which is ok if you want an average plain salad. Personally I like salads with more nutritious lettuce rather than romaine and iceberg. There is a small arcade area with a few games to play and I have seen other customers watching sports on the big screen. I love the crust, sauce, and the toppings. You can order thin or regular crust. The pizza is more pricey than some of the other chains but to me it’s worth it. The ingredients taste fresh and not like it just came out of the freezer. If you know me, you know I am a hardcore RTP fan. So much so, I’ll eat that stuff daily if the end of the world was upon us and I had to pick one food to live off of. Come on: meat, cheese/​dairy, vegies, bread etc… it’s like food from heaven.
This RTP is right down the road from where I am currently staying and it’s not too bad. Not much in this city has been Unilocaled, so I am doing my part to bring you guys the good out of a crap location ahahah!
The guy that owns and runs this location is really cool. Kind of funny, but he only seems to hire young cute girls to work here. Guess that’s not a bad thing, just funny. The place is normally very clean and in order. The always get my order right whether it be via phone or in person. Nothing to complain about for this location.
I know there are some bomb pizza joint are SoCal, but truth be told, when it comes down to it I always fall back on RTP. It’s because of their sauce and bread I think. Not to mention that their ingredients are always fresh and just seem to «taste better». Trust me on that and give um a go…
If you do hit up a RTP I urge you to try a large pepperoni with garlic on regular crust (the thin stuff). I don’t know what happens when they mix these ingredients together, but love sex and magic and all combine in your mouth upon entry and my eyes roll back in my head… the room spins, and I see colors.
