I had this place bookmarked for the longest time because I always drive past this place and see how busy this place is… The wait is finally over! I was driving home from my workout and saw this place packed on a Saturday afternoon. I made a U-turn and decided to try this place Baja Californian joint out! My first mistake was saying I wanted ceviche to go. Little did I know that meant I wanted a whole tray of ceviche that could probably feed 8 – 10 people and it was over $ 30! The server was kind enough to fix my order and I also ordered shrimp tacos to go thinking it was grilled shrimp. I was wrong. Mistake #2: The shrimp was battered and fried. But you know what? We only live once right? I enjoyed everything! Now, I kinda wish I had bought the tray of ceviche and tried their famous fish tacos! Everything I had was fresh and the ceviche didn’t taste fishy! The shrimp tacos came with lime slices, a grilled green chile, and hot sauce. The ceviche was topped with fresh avocado slices and a tostada. Why did I wait soooo long to come here?! It was all yum yum in my tum tum and I’m already planning my next trip back!

Came here on a Friday, mid day around 2 p. m I thought it would be very packed due to lent season, but surprisingly the line and wait was very quickly, by the time I was checking my phone and sat down they were already calling my order number… I ordered a tostada De ceviche De camaron, and 4 shrimp tacos and I must say the tostada was very fresh and delicious, I even noticed they sell it in a platter so I’m considering that next time, the tacos were for my mother, and she loved them from what I could tell, she hasn’t had any as good as that in years she said… paid under 18 $ which is kinda pricey for lunch, but the quality of the food and service is well worth it .so definitely a good place to eat on a no meat Friday, definitely coming back soon

I really like this place. The shrimp and potato tacos are my go to staple. These are defenetly meant for cheat though as they are breaded and greasy. The place can be a hit a miss and cleanliness is not always there strong point. Nevertheless i enjoy it and it is my go to place during lent.

This is some of the best baja food I have ever had! It’s a little hole in the wall next to the pizza hut and although the space is very small it is definitely worth it! Their service is so fast, about 45 seconds after we ordered they had already called our number and had our food ready. I haven’t tried everything on the menu but so far the potato tacos, quesadillas, and ceviche was absolutely delicious!

Fish tacos are very good. The tortas are false advertisement. Tortas are flat and it’s worth more than the OK burritos.

Since lent has just begun, I picked up some fish tacos this Friday. We I arrived to find a line out the door. We ordered 12 fish tacos and 3 tacos de papa. Unfortunately, more than half of our food was thrown out. The battered was under cooked and doughy. Not wanting to get sick by eating raw fish, we threw the food out. Even the tacos de papa were under cooked. The whole thing was pretty disgusting. It seems that they compromised quality and food safety in order to rush people through.

Hands down best fish tacos I’ve had! Order 2 – 3 because you’re gonna enjoy it. Also try the seafood ceviche. Plaza looks a little sketchy, but look past all of that and walk in! Please come close to Garden Grove/Westminster area! We need those tacos close to me.

Not sure what all the hype was about here. The fish tacos were not great, the nachos looked better than they tasted but the service was fast and friendly.

Killer fish tacos! Better fresh, than when they’ve been hanging out under the heating lamp, but they are still delicious. The potato tacos and other items are certainly serviceable, but I recommend sticking with the fish. The other things you can find better at other places.

They’re known for their fish tacos but fish tacos aren’t my thing, fish burritos are. So I got a fish burrito because 3 tacos and 1 burrito are basically the same thing. At least for most places it is but it wasn’t like that here. Halfway through my fish burrito I tried their potato taco and a bite of a fish taco for comparison. Their fish tacos were somehow way better than their fish burritos. And their potato tacos? Addicting. At first bite it’s alright but the more bites into the potato taco the better it gets. The cream, pico de gallo, cabbage, crispy corn tortilla, and somewhat mashed potatoes are a great combination of different flavors and textures. This doesn’t happen in the fish burrito because everything seems to blend and mesh together in the same flavor and texture. The fried fish breading was mushy in the burrito instead of crunchy. The most texture in the fish burrito came from the cabbage, which wasn’t much. They don’t take phone orders so I had to walk my order in. I didn’t mind since the wait for the food after ordering it, was quick on a Saturday around 11 am.

Taco Nazo has the best fish tacos around. I have tried other restrantans and the fish taco were not good at all. Then a co-worker took me to Taco Nazo in La Puente I believe. It seem that everyone in line where buying fish tacos. Someone said that they are known for their fish tacos. I was very skeptical; however, I drunk the kool-aid and went for it. Their tacos were very very good. They are not fishy or greasy. The fish tacos are seasoned just right, I’m hooked! I have also tried their potatoe and shrimp tacos. All three are very good. Great job guys!!!

I found this place by accident, but I know the original taconazo in Baldwin park, and this happens to be their kids restaurant… I have to say if you really want great food this is the place, the best fish burritos or fish tacos … The best shrimp(crunchy) burritos or shrimp tacos are unforgettable to your taste that will make you come over and over … Great seafood cocktails And the best part is really inexpensive… Really recommend, from the best food to the great welcoming staff will make this a great place

The most awesome fish taco place ever is located here in Bellflower hidden on Alondra right by, Taco Bell. This place is know for their fish tacos and we’ll try it yourself and you’ll see why. Heck my first time here years ago they found out our I was a first time customer and ordered up a fish taco for me to try, since its what they’re known for, while I was deciding on what to order. Unlike other places where the fish taco is all batter & cabbage playing hide and seek with the fish you will taste and feel the nice thick, juicy piece of fish with your first bite! They are not stingy on any of the ingredients so if you like cabbage it’s topped with a generous amount of that as well. Their plates are served with those yummy yellow fried chilis! The shrimp, Carne asada, pastor and Pollo are juicy and flavorful. So whether it be nachos, tacos, tortas, quesidillas or burritos you can be sure it will be flavorful and yummy! Their seafood is good too as they offer to stasis with ceviche as well as cocktails. Shrimp and octopus! DroooooliNG(^_^) Everyone I’ve brought is now a regular here because well, it’s just that good! And if meat isn’t your cup of tea then they also offer potato tacos, veggie burritos as well as beans and cheese burritos. Having a pig out sesh or wanna pig out on your own? They offer taco pack in orders of 6 or 12 tacos! So this place can feed just about anyone and everyone looking for some yummy food.
So if you’re in Bellflower or the surrounding area, drop on by and see what the fuss is about. Be ready to be greeted with a warm smile and leave with a happy belly(^_^)

This place is a definite hole in the wall with great food. The staff was warm and friendly. The service was quick! I got the shrimp ceviche. Delicious! I was impressed with the amount of fresh delicious shrimp they gave me! Because this place is so great, there isn’t that much parking. I parked in the shopping center down the block. We were able to find a seat, but the sitting distance between the table and seat were kinda far. I had to lean in a bit to get the food. This didnt effect the quality of food or service so I’m sticking with 5 stars. My friend had a torta and it was so authentic it brought her back to times when she has been to Mexico! We both agreed this place was spectacular. :)

Who would have thought a great taco joint would be tucked away near Cerritos? I’m a vegetarian so I was skeptics about eating here but I had a good experience. There is stool/bar type seating inside but they also have tables outside. There is always a line but it goes by relatively fast, and you also get your food fast. I got the potato stuffed taco and it was so good! I told the cashier who was ringing me up about what are the best options for a vegetarian and he was doing everything possible to accommodate my needs. Always a plus! The taco was had a delicious potato stuffing with cream, cabbage, pico de gallo, and massive amount of cheese on top. It was absolutely delicious! This isn’t a fancy joint but the best taco placed usually aren’t. I’ll definitely be back!

This is the perfect place to bring a date to test if they are a gold digger. Totally unassuming: a few stools inside, benches outside, plastic forks & thin paper napkins, stand in a line for your food(plus, its CHEAP). The test? The Fish tacos & Potato Taco were SOAMAZING, that if a person can’t see past all the generic stuff, gold digger. If date passes test, I recommend taking that person down to Mexico for a great vacation(hint, hint, nudge, nudge Hubby). I had bookmarked this place a while ago, given the stellar reviews of Unilocal friends. THEN, the LA Times said they were the best fish tacos in LA. So the stars aligned and my daughter’s soccer game was a mile away. I could barely concentrate on her game, knowing that this place was so close. I rushed her off the field after the game. She was so grouchy(they lost despite her 2 goals) and when she saw outdoor seating(it was Very Hot) she was even more angry. However, the inside area, although small, is air conditioned so I got her inside. The tacos are soooo good, that they transformed my grouchy daughter. I ordered her the POTATOTACO(presentation is like a Tostada). I took a bite and it was incredible. I turned to her and said, TRUST me, you will love it. She reluctantly takes a bite and agrees; it’s that good. She proceeds to inhale it. Hubby was able to barely grab a bite. While all this is going on, hubby was quietly inhaling a carne asada taco(he didn’t like this one) and SPICYPORKTACO(he said this was Fantastic and the bastard didn’t offer me a bite). For the grand finale, hubby and I had a Fish Taco each. The BEST? YES, YES, YES(yelled out like Sally, When Harry met Sally). My eyes watered up with sadness when it was gone. Although a big piece of breaded fish, it was prepared perfect. The sauce was fantastic. I WILLCRAVE this. Its 5 stars, all the way.

I stopped by here on my way home from a long drive, so I was a little sad when I saw how long the line was. But after I tasted the food, I understood and found that it was totally worth it! Fish taco is where it’s at. Would definitely like to try the ceviche next time. Their guac and chips are pretty good as well. Plus you can get a student discount(also just for looking really young – shhh I’ll take it!). Will certainly be returning here at some point.

On a mission for some fish tacos, my favorite place in the LBC was closed on Sunday. I was looking for Unilocal to show me the way, and it pointed me towards Taco Nazo. It was around lunch time on a Sunday afternoon and the place was packed, so I was thinking to myself this is a good sign. The bf and I both ordered the Three Fish Taco Plate, found a place outside and our food was ready within five minutes(Give or Take). At first site the take out box full of fish tacos, rice and beans looked amazing. Then upon further inspection as I was trying to figure out how the heck I was going to consume these tacos since the fish pieces were so HUGE… I cut into the«fish» to find breading, lots and lots of breading… the fish was very hard to find. So my fried breading with a hint of fish tacos didn’t taste too bad, but since there wasn’t much fish to be had it left me unsatisfied. All that fried breading left me bloated and feeling lethargic for the remainder of the day, I didn’t even cook dinner because I was still so bloated hours later. Apparently people like this place and maybe I should have tried their meat tacos, but for fish tacos this is definitely not the place to go. Overall I was disappointed, and the site itself could use a lot of elbow grease and more people to clean up after other patrons leave. Would I come here again… Well I would but only to try something else and if I was in this neck of the woods, but I certainly would not go out of my way.
