The Gutter Guys

Called to get service from them because I wanted to be ready for the rain season. Left a message and was called back later in the evening. The «call back» is what this review is on. It all went down in 20 seconds. It went like this «Hi this is the Gutter Guys. We are booked until March so we can’t do anything. Ok bye.» I was surprised at his lack of customer service. He could have said ‘Hi my name is so and so, thank you for your interest, but unfortunately we are currently swamped with work.’ No! I got a 20 second «can’t do it.» Unprofessional!

These guys are awesome! Had them come over and give us a quote and was very reasonable. They went above and beyond, we had them switching things around and we’d apologize for being a bit of a pain in the behind, however Ronald was so kind always commenting they’re job was to make sure we were happy and we were very happy!

There were no reviews on Unilocal,but some terrific comments on the Lakewood Community Facebook page. I’m so glad we found The Gutter Guys. Great job, price and service. They’re responsive, they know their business and they are very professional. Their quote was honest and much less than the one from a slick sales person from another company. They were here when they promised with all the gutters and the equipment to install them. The gutters look terrific and definitely increase the value of our home. They even took note of and worked around the parking restrictions on our street when they arrived! I highly recommend them, and would certainly use them again.

Outstanding service, excellent workmanship and highly competitive bid. I priced 3 quotes before choosing the Gutter Guys to install gutters around our two story home. All the quotes were all over the place and they came in at the best rate. I found them by spotting their truck down the street. Ron walked me through the quote, set the proper expectation on how far along his timeline on this project would take. Once the install was completed, which included some minor custom fabrication, Ron checked in to confirm complete satisfaction. A small adjustment was immediately completed after being brought up. I am extremely happy with our new gutters. It’s like crown molding for the exterior of our home! I would recommend Ron and The Gutter Guys for anyone in need of gutters.
