ASAP Towing

Got charged 100 $ for one of their guys to change my tire and at the end he told me himself don’t drive this because the tire doesn’t fit your car properly. He accomplished literally nothing. And now we’re out 100 $. Absolutely ridiculous.

My 4WD suv stalled on I-​5 and 9 minutes after I called they arrived! Talk about ASAP! Randy was fast and careful with my car and he delivered me and it safely to my destination. One day later, I need their help again and JD helped me with the same professionalism as the day before.

I had an old leased Dodge Caravan that broke down last week while traveling on business. Randy the driver was polite and professional, despite being in a time crunch to get to another job that his dispatcher double booked him for. I asked to have it picked up at the hotel and taken to the dealership for repair, and all was taken care of as asked. I would use these guys again.

I am not sure what the person above is talking about. I went on a search for towing and ended up calling ASAP because they were the cheapest. I needed my car toweed to the shop. Their dispatcher was very polite and professional and they were out to get my car in under 30 minutes. The driver was very polite and worked very fast and the price was exactly what they quoted. A week and a half later I needed to have my car towed back again because I could not afford the repair. Again dispatch was very nice and they had my car back to me in about an hour. This was a different driver (Jeff) and again, very polite and professional. I am sorry I was unable to tip because I am beyond broke but they both deserved it. I will call them again if I need a tow

Slime ball is kind they did 4000.00 $ damage to my truck during a toe then dicked me around for a month before they finally termed it over to there crappy insurance (farmers)

Worst of the worst slime ball tow-​truck company. Needed them to tow my company vehicle to a local repair shop, but they were able to jump start it instead. Good news right? Wrong! They still insisted on towing it anyways, even though I was completely able to drive it to the shop myself. As soon as I said «no» to towing it for no reason, they started demanding I pay up front for the jump start. I gave them a payment order number and address to send the invoice to, but no that wouldn’t work because the idiot driver and owner said they’ve never heard of the company I work for, even though it’s a nationwide 4.5 billion dollar company on the NYSE. It’s not my fault these morons haven’t heard of it. They blocked my vehicle in until I was able to get my boss on the phone and pay for it out of pocket since it was a Sunday night and no one was at our main office. This was the most unprofessional and annoying experience I’ve ever had with any company. I will never recommend these scumbags to anyone.
