My furnace was in terrible shape with the smell of gas filling the garage and living far away I rolled the dice with Bay Point and was impressed with their technical analysis of the furnace and offering up of a fix. We discussed the pro’s and cons of the fix that would save the old furnace. Bay Point did not push for the sale but it became obvious that the real solution was a new furnace. The price seemed reasonable and I’m passing the new furnace and home on to a new first time home buyer. Good karma for all!
