HORRENDOUS company to deal with. I rented through them for about a year when I was up in Bellingham, and despite my promptness and responsible tenancy, any time I had a maintenance complaint or had to contact the office, rudeness and lack of professionalism was all I encountered. Oh yeah, they charged my roommate and I a whopping $ 270 «disposal fee» (yes, you read that correctly) for the fact that my roommate accidentally left her hair straightener in her closet. Are you KIDDING me?
College students, and everyone: avoid this company like the plague.

Really bad experience with this company, I wish I had never rented through them. They are quick to get your money, but they don’t even check the structural condition of the houses they have for rent. Read the small letters when signing any contract with them.
I ended up going to court with them and of course they won, they have a lot of experience in going to court so they know the system. The company doesn’t realize that without renters they would be out of work, but still they treat you like they are doing you a favor. Beware!

With Bay view Property Management i have worst experience in my life, Never rent from them worst company in town, unprofessional and rude people. Staff is not trust able. I have horrific experience with them, They are wrongly charge you for those things, you are not responsible, they will make false accuse for it … i made mistake to rented with them without getting knowledge about them, BE CARE FULL …

Incredibly disappointing and unprofessional organization. I made the mistake of not reading reviews before moving into a Bayview managed property. My experience was horrific. On several occasions we were wrongly charged fee’s, which were painstaking to reverse, having to deal with an incredibly unprofessional and outright rude staff. There were multiple issues with the home that were never addressed or fixed after multiple complaints. Overall, I was appalled at the treatment I received, and have yet to encounter such a poor level of service from ANY organization. Moving out and dealing with the damage deposit was also a nightmare. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

A very professional company, with a good selection of properties. They have a strangely strict policy on many things ranging from «All maintenance requests must be submitted in writing» to «The rent must be paid on the very 1st day of the month no matter what with no grace period.» and «Security deposits must be as cashiers check or money order». That is probably what helps insure their value to their property owners though. As long as we closely follow their rules, they usually do their part. We did have one incident where it took them nearly a month to clean up a mold problem correctly, but that was partially due to an incompetent contractor they hired. Overall: A lesser evil when it comes to property management in Bellingham.
