This is truly one of the best experiences I have had in finding something for my son to be involved in. Rance, Karen and everyone at BBFA are great! If you are looking for something to grab your child’s interest in a fun, constructive environment, I HIGHLY recommend giving these guys, and gals, a chance with your kids

Bellingham Bay Fencing Association is a community oriented fencing club that focuses on developing young fencers for both fun and competition. At age 11, my son decided to give fencing try and has been with it ever since. He has progressed through the beginners and intermediate classes and now fencing in the advanced, has developed sufficient skill to finish in the top three in several tournaments and has found a love for this new sport that is solely the result of the leadership and coaches of Bellingham Bay Fencing association.
He is now passionate about attending classes, tournaments and further developing his skill. Bellingham Bay fencing focuses on Épée, but has a healthy group of foil fencers as well and several who also fence sabre.
This is a warm group that we have grown to consider family. Come on in and give it a try, old and young are sure to find a new interest and meet new friends.
