I will never deal with this company again. I called Bellingham Electric to check a squeaking noise in the washing machine in my tenant’s apartment. The«repair» man completely ignored my tentant, a highly experienced mechanic who had examined the machine himself. When he tried to explain what was causing the noise, the repairman took(literally) one look at the machine and decided the problem was that it was too low to the floor, even though it had worked perfectly in the same position for years. He adjusted the legs, didn’t check whether the noise was still happening, charged me $ 90, and left. Ten minutes, tops. The next time my tenant did laundry the squeak was exactly as it had been before. When I called Bellingham Electric to say that the noise was not fixed, I was told that the repairman said the machine was«too old and that nothing could be done about it.» That’s pretty strange, considering that the machine works perfectly, except that it makes a squeaking noise during the wash cycle. Of course, it makes total sense if you’re really trying to sell people new machines instead of fixing their old ones.
