Bellingham Nanny Connection

I signed on to be a nanny with this organization… unfortunately, the families they sent me to had real problem children who really needed a specialist. I am great with kids, but not a specialist who can deal with behavior issues, biting, hitting, seizures. One child tried repeatedly to jump off a balcony, and I am just not equipped to handle that. Also, I do not believe the pay ($ 10/​hour) is adequate for this specialty work. i was not informed until right before the jobs started that there were any behavior issues, which would have given me the information I needed to properly prepare for (or turn down) an inappropriate job for me.
