Arrogance and lack of professionalism to the max! Staff is unbelievably rude and actually lies to the docs about their behavior towards the patients, and he naturally believes them. The doctors attitude trickles down. His excuse for his poor behavior is, as he told me once, (for plastic surgery) «I’m the only game in town».
Do yourself a favor and make the trip to Seattle.
