Broadway Hall

Great venue for a wedding or any type of party! For weddings you can have your ceremony downstairs and reception upstairs which so accommodating for guest. Such a cute venue with vintage charm. The building is so nice inside that you don’t have to do much for decorations for your event. Plus the price for full day rental is one of the best in Whatcom County. We love using Broadway hall for all of our events. They are always so flexible and accommodating to us. It is such a great place for DIY wedding with a strict budget. you are allowed to have your own caterer and your own beverages. This really helps save in a lot of ways. I highly recommend this venue!

Surprising cute venue. Just attended a wedding here and the layout worked very well. Downstairs was set up for the ceremony. After the wedding, we moved upstairs for dancing and the reception. Nice open space and very friendly staff. This venue would work well for a variety of functions.

I’m not one to write a bad review. unless it’s worth ranting on Unilocal about. Seriously, check out my followers and how into Unilocal I am. I say it how it is: For real though, this place seemed decent for my personal use to throw a dance party. I cancelled a few months ahead of time during prime season because the place seemed like a wreck. total photo shopped pictures. It was a ring around to get my deposit back. I got it minus fifty bucks… whatever. ANYWAYS THE BIG Unilocal MY FRIENDS PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN FOR A WEDDING WHAT SHOULD BE A GOOD EXPERIENCE. SAW THE PLACE. IT WAS CHEAP AND SMELLY SO THEY REQUESTED THERE DEPOSIT BACK LIKE SAID IN THE CONTRACT IF IN ADVANCE. IT WAS 5 MONTHS IN ADVANCE AND THEY WONT GIVE THEM THE DEPOSIT BACK. NOT ANY OF IT. The contract clearly states you get your deposit back. Well, anyways these people are money hoarders and dont refund deposits if cancelled in advance like they say. and they talk the place up. So I’d check it out before you save a space… and they screw you on charges after and strick policys. Rent out a gym before you rent out this place… or splurge for the country club.

The staff at Broadway Hall has been amazing to work with, and they are always kind and quick to answer any questions. This vintage wedding venue is so unique, and the minute you step into the ballroom, it’s as if you’ve been transported back in time. The windows provide great natural light for photography, and the building holds a ton of people and offers free parking. For half the cost of many other venues, you can rent the entire building, which has a ceremony area downstairs, and a huge ballroom upstairs. (And they offer the flexibility of renting just one floor if you want less space). There is a full kitchen for your caterers, along with a separate service entrance/​staircase. The main staircase is stunning, and the lovely fireplace downstairs offers a beautiful place for those family photos. There are drop down projector screens on both floors for slideshows, and the ballroom lights have dimmer switches built in, for more romantic lighting. If you want outdoor photos, you can walk to Elizabeth Park, or drive a few blocks to the waterfront. A really beautiful place to get married, and you truly can’t beat the price.
