i read reviews about the dreadful service at some storage facilities in bellingham and became concerned. i didn’t see anything bad about carolina street, so i chose them for my storage needs. i dealt with two different people and both were friendly, helpful, and professional. the storage spaces were clean and the security is stringent. i would definitely recommend them and use them again.

It helped that this is a small family owned business after my searching through Bellingham’s bigger storage businesses… I’d recommend them over any others I looked at!
Pros?
–Camille was very pleasant and helpful
–The units are clean, safe, and there are so many options!
–Drive up units available
–Both heated and unseated available
–No big startup fees or change fees… Just an application fee and a lock to purchase!
Cons?
–It’s not the most convenient location ever, but it’s so much better than the other places, it doesn’t really matter!

I stored a lot of my belongings here starting in October 2012, on account of not having an apartment or house to put them into at the time. I kept at least some of my belongings there until the end of May 2013 because I was so happy with the service that I received here. The owners do a great job of ensuring that items are safely stored and that not only that, the person storing their items there experiences excellent customer service.
I never had a moment of doubt that all my things would be there where I left them, no matter how much time had passed between visits to my storage unit. Camille and Josh were consistently kind to me whenever I was at Carolina Self Storage and saw them, and I would be happy to recommend their self storage to anybody in Bellingham who needs a place for their extra stuff. :)

Excellent Facility. Clean, Newer and Great staff. My stuff was safe at a great price. I’ll be back. Camille & Josh are very nice!
