Kathy the manager really cares about her clients. She worked hard to make sure I got the right product, took extra time to make sure the installers did their work correctly and followed up with them. She knows her products and her inventory. I would highly recommend her for your next flooring purchase in Bellingham.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Even the the first installs totally messed up the installation of our vinyl planking floor. When it stated to peak and come up and was found by the manufacturer to be an installation problem, and even though their paper work says they are only responsible for the materials they made it all right! Kathy the manager at the store was really wonderful and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied. It took a few months to rectify everything, but Kathy made sure this time we had an installer that was familiar with the product and knew what they were doing. We also bought some super strand carpeting from them and it is amazing stuff! It is made out of corn based product and is supposed to be stain resistant. It it sure is! My older dog got sick and was vomiting blood all over the brand new carpet, black tar all over. It cleaned up so well you can’t even tell it ever happened, quite amazing!

Kathy was extremely knowledgeable in helping us figure out the best flooring options along with scheduling installation on short notice. The installer, Jay (in Seattle), was friendly and professional. It was amazing how much they do in a short amount of time with a great final product.

I ordered some flooring from these folks and the salesperson calling me anxiously trying to get me to pay another $ 3000 yet when I asked to see the bill, the price per square foot had gone up by 30%+ and the price for stair carpeting had doubled. I will give the manager Jack credit for allowing me to cancel the order. I would be very careful doing business with this company. This experience happened during their grand opening quite the foray into the Bellingham market.
