Great selection of clothing. If you want the better quality Carter brand clothing, skip Target and Fred Meyer and buy directly from the outlet store.
The store is kept clean, with seasonal decorations constantly being updated.
The staff is warm and friendly.
The best days to go are Tuesday-​Thursday mornings. Weekends can be incredibly busy and the Canadians come down and trash the stores.
Would be 5 stars but store has been known to knowingly sell items that have stains or holes in them so look over clothing carefully!
Also Carter’s has a great exchange policy-​no time limit as long as you have tags! If you have receipt you get what you paid, if not you get the current price so keep all receipts.
